A lovely gem of a house! The family that runs it are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The grounds by the lake are perfect for afternoon walks and tea is not to be missed. Definitely book dinner during your stay. It feels a bit like being in a episode of Downton Abbey or another period piece. Drinks before dinner by the...

My husband and I spent two wonderful nights in Currarevagh House. Henry is a wonderful host as is his mother. The staff in general were excellent. The food was exquisite. You could spend hours wandering around the grounds. We had a very enjoyable stay.

From the mansion's amenities to the wonderful dining to Henry's care and expertise, this was the biggest "treat" we gave ourselves during our terrific vacation in Ireland . Only regret was that our overnight stay was way too short!

Hospitality was excellent, Beautiful bedroom with magnificent views of Lough Corri b! The atmosphere is very welcoming which radiates from the owners who go out of their way to make any stay memorable. No request is too much trouble. Afternoon tea was delicious with homemade cakes and treats.

We stayed several nights at Currarevagh House as our last stop in our 10 day tour of Ireland. A truly wonderful inn- a manor house really-a gorgeous property on a lake-just magnificent-- charming, filled with antiques - and the owner, Henry, is the proud innkeeper and host. He is so welcoming, offered a late afternoon lunch for us and spent...

If you're looking for the most modern accommodations, complete with coffee pots, tvs and high-speed wifi in every room, don't stay at Currarevagh House. But if you're looking for old-world charm---a place that feels like a stage set for the game of Clue--this is what you want. It is a very special place for so many reasons: 1. The family...

Beautiful manor home run by June and son Henry and family, who make you feel as if you are welcome guests in their home! The large estate is well maintained with a wonderful afternoon tea and memorable evening meals! It overlooks lovely gardens and a large lake with walking paths around the property. We loved this place and would happily...

This kind of service is hard to find anywhere. This family will make you feel like a true guest. We arrived in the middle of dinner but it didn't seem a bother and although I felt guilty, we were made to feel comfortable as we sat down to enjoy an exceptional meal. The dinner is a set menu but don't...

This was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Ireland, actually of all 5 trips.I felt peace and serenity. Everyone who comes here is blessed with a special experience. Henry is a superb host and Lucy is a chef worthy of Michelin stars. Never would have expected to be offered seconds.
