We are very sorry that the dinner wasn't up to your taste. We cater daily for around 200 guests from Germany, England, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy etc. The food is prepared on the day and we use as many fresh produce as it is possible with high volumes like that. Our staff is indeed very international,we have students on the...

We stayed for three nights as a base for traveling the area. It was fine for the money. Clean and good food. Except brown bread shortage, they had none so had soda bread. Shop round the corner sold it , unusual not to have it! Staff all friendly just a language problem with restaurant staff in them not understanding some...

During the summer we have a lot of staff from learning exchange programs, they come here to learn English and occupation. Traditional music is daily in the bar and there is also a lot of different music around the town.

This hotel is fairly basic but clean. We had a family room which was fairly small but was ok for one night. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Overall it was good value for money.

Dear guest. Thank you for your review. The hotel is very old and the size of the bedrooms cannot be changed. They are all pretty much the same size but the staff at the hotel is doing their best to keep it clean and accommodate our guests' needs.

We took a David Urqhuart Tour to Ireland and stayed four nights at The Imperial. The hotel was spotless, and the staff very helpful and accommodating - especially when we arrived late on the first day. All meals were excellent, and our room was a good size with two beds and a good sized bathroom Loved the shower - very...

We've just returned from a four night stay in this hotel and were impressed by the cleanliness of the whole hotel including our room which was also spacious. The free Wifi was available not only in the public areas but also in our room (25).

We stayed here so that we could go to some pubs for live traditional music and it didn't disappoint. The Rathbaun just a few doors up had a great band, Ceolan, playing flutes, clarinets, guitars, singing and the tambourine. The room was a decent size and had tea and coffee, cups, soap and shampoo. The breakfast in the morning was...

We have just arrived back after a four night stay in The Imperial and have to say we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The whole place was spotlessly clean, with lovely rooms and very helpful staff. This is the type of hotel that is used by people touring Ireland and most usually stop over for 2,3 or 4...

We stayed here on our way from Galway to Dingle. My cousin choose this place because it was close to the Cliffs of Moher and a good price. The hotel itself is well kept and classy. Our room was really nice and had a beautiful view overlooking a field. The location is wonderful, only minutes to the pubs and grocery...
