The best guesthouse you will find anywhere. A group of us spent three nights there whilst playing golf in the area and everything was perfect: modern en-suite rooms with comfortable beds and the best breakfast: fresh juice, delicious granola, a cooked breakfast folowed by as much coffee and pastries as you can handle. You don't need to eat again till about 6pm 🙂. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating, we're already planning our next visit.

A fabulous Guesthouse 5 star hotel standards. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. All local produce cooked to order. The hosts Bart, Marie and Sean were so welcoming and gave us all the tips of where to go and tours to take when on holidays in Kerry. The location of Seaclusion is fantastic with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs. We found a little bit of heaven on earth in an absolutely top-class B&B in a beautiful location. Seclusion is impeccably clean with great attention to detail, and an extremely comfortable establishment in every way. On both mornings, we went for a walk on the seafront promenade before enjoying a freshly prepared and hearty breakfast from a menu with plenty of choice.

Wow such luxury … beautiful accomodation, lovely host Marie , and amazing breakfast. Fabulous rooms with top quality bed and pillows. Stayed with a group of friends , 5 ladies on a night away and we couldn’t have stayed anyplace nicer. The accomodation is finished to a very high standard and was so comfortable. We are just leaving and won’t be able to eat for the day after the amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights early August and were upgraded to the sea view room which is just magnificent. Waking up to the sea every morning was so relaxing, along with the beautiful interior. The bathroom was so roomy and modern with a HUGE shower. The king sized bed was so comfortable and the art work in the room was beautiful. The breakfast was again, amazing. With juices, a homemade fry, yoghurt and granola, omelettes and salmon and the best brown bread we’ve ever tasted - made by the owner! Marie was an amazing host who even offered us blankets when we were sitting outside in the evening time watching the sunset. I couldn’t recommend staying here more. We adored it.

Amazing BB. Bart and Marie are gracious hosts . I highly recommend Seaclusion ! Breakfast was outstanding; the attention to detail, having fresh cut flowers on the morning breakfast table was a great way to start the day. Can't wait to stay again. Great view and location.

Beautiful property with excellent rooms and Bart and Marie are exceptional hosts. Very modern large rooms which are very well appointed and luxurious. Attention to detail in every area is very noticeable.
Very comfortable king size bed.
Tea / Coffee facilities in room.
Secure parking.
Breathtaking views.
Large and spacious bathroom with great shower.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and great menu / options.

Seaclusion is a beautiful luxury B&B. We were greeted by owner Marie on our arrival. Parking off the street (back of house). The entrance was very welcoming and decorated beautifully. We were shown to a room front of the building facing the sea. The room again was beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, slept sound for the night As it is on the main street, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Meet the owner Marie again in the morning. Plenty of choices for breakfast including made to order full Irish. Marie was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nicer than some hotels we have stayed in. Will definitely return again, had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Maire, Bart and Seán recently. Seaclusion is ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful Waterville. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a great selection of breakfast food which is fresh, delicious and cooked to order. The hosts are friendly, kind and helpful. We couldn’t fault this little gem of a place and we’ll certainly be back! Huge thank you Maire, Bart and Seán😀

If this was a hotel, it would be at least 4 star, probably enough said!
Will be back & next time will take our adult children & their partners with them! Marie & Bart have something special here!
The rooms are extremely comfortable, generous in size, some have lovely views of the bay & have all the facilities you would expect to find in a 4 star hotel.
