Just back from a delightful 1 night stay. I stayed with my 2 small children and we received the most warm Irish welcome! Fiona and Mary were absolutely fantastic in looking after us. We had a very comfortable room and spacious shower.

My little boy was blown away with the GAA themed decor in the modern rooms. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and had fluffy pancakes for breakfast! They are great for catering to different dietary requirements and Fiona's dishes are a pure treat for the taste buds!

Locals also seem to find it a great spot as Mary welcomed all of them by name with a warm smile, which is always a great sign!

Located right across from the promenade, the location is great for a stroll along the beach or watching the sun set.

Would highly recommend and can't wait to return on our next trip to Waterville!

The open friendliness from Fiona and her staff was as warm and welcoming as the solid fuel burner in the bar.

Her food warmed your soul, the Guinness flowed and the Irish coffee was the best I've ever taste'd (by the way what was the brand of whisky use) just have to get myself a bottle.

We enjoyed our evening visit so much we went back in the morning for Fionas full Irish breakfast with as much coffee as we could manage.

All in all well worth the 15 hour journey from Salisbury, Wiltshire UK. We will visit again.

All the best.

Clare & Alan.

Don’t pass this little gem when exploring the Ring of Kerry. O’Dwyers, the Villa, ticks all the boxes. Clean rooms, powerful showers, super breakfast, excellent food all day and the craic in the bar where locals and tourists meet and chat. But best of all is the welcome and hospitality you receive from the Fitzpatrick family, a genuine Irish Cead Mile Failte awaits.
Location is also perfect for exploring south Kerry with Ballinskelligs, Valentina Island and Derrynane to name but a few all within easy reach. And then there is Waterville itself, a wonderful Irish seaside town.

Have just spent a fantastic few days at The Villa in Waterville, County Kerry. We had a brilliant time. Fiona, Dan, Pat and the rest of the Villa team really made us feel at home. The Villa's location is great - right in the middle of Waterville village and perfect for exploring the Ring of Kerry. The rooms were cosy and the facilities were very good (esp if you like Gaelic football! 🏆🥰). There's a fantastic breakfast menu and we ate dinner in the restaurant every night too (look out for the fish and chips and Fiona's red Thai prawn curry ❤). The bar is great fun - populated by local folks and visitors alike. We highly recommend The Villa if you're heading to Waterville soon.

We arrived just as food service was ending. Instead of turning us away as a number of places had done a really nice and helpful lady said she would try her best to get us food. We had lovely fish and kids had burgers and goujons. The food was fresh and delicious and so reasonably priced. Would definitely stop off when in Waterville again.

Family reunion…21 of us….all descended from USA,Germany,England,Scotland,Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland for a four night stay! The craic was mighty, the food absolutely superb, the service top notch, the music in the bar fantastic and the drink flowed! A few “special” birthdays were being celebrated and the staff came up trumps with their baking skills….a fabulous cream cake plus beautiful buns which had the family crest on top! Now where else would you get such amazing service and thoughtfulness! If you want to experience true Irish hospitality and friendliness then stay here! Every single staff member we met was really fabulous….Fiona,Dan,Pat to name but a few! Thankyou to everyone!

Great pub & food! We stayed elsewhere locally but our friends stayed there. We met up with them every evening in the bar.

Food was excellent, compliments to Fiona! Wine list was a bit limited though. The bar itself is a really fine spot, they have music most nights of the week.

Our favourite restaurant in Waterville! Dan, Fiona and all the staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Food is always delicious and nothing is ever too much to ask for. We bring our young kids and the menu and service is just superb. Great for families!

We dined here every day while on holiday in the area. The food is excellent with a great variety catering for all tastes. Fiona and staff gave us a warm welcome and looked after us very well each day. We will definitely be calling here again.

Excellent GAA themed b+b on the seafront in the heart of Waterville. Magnificent views and the sound of the ocean. Newly refurbished comfortable rooms. There's a bar downstairs but you can't hear it in the rooms. Powerful, spacious shower and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Shout out to Fiona and Avril who epitomise the Irish welcome. They were very friendly and looked after all our needs cheerfully. Great Irish breakfast.
