We booked online and were under the impression that we were getting a modern one bedroom self service apartment. We even paid slightly more for this as we like to cook our own meals, but upon arrival we were told that no apartments were available and that we had been put into a standard double room instead. Given that we...

The Room was on the top floor. It was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, front view, kettle, tea ,coffee, fridge, natural light coming through the Windows so we did not close the curtains. The breakfast was the full Irish plus potatoes cakes that were yummy. We spent one night there as we attended late night Vigil at the Dundalk retreat to...

arrived from Florida to be told we had nowhere to stay. Had email and telephone communication verifying booking . Shocked to be treated this way. The only staff that was available was waitress. Talked to the owner eventually who informed she had a group staying and they extended their stay, if she let one go they would all have gone....

Completely average place. Room had no windows, just a glass door to the fire stairs located at the back of the house. Cups and spoons for the dirty (unfortunately realised that after putting the dirty spoon into my mouth). They arranged the room only 1 of 5 days. Breakfast was ok though.

Disappointment is an understatement - family friends arrived from the US having a long standing booking for three week apartment stay. Only to be told there were no apartments available. No contact was made with the people despite previous phone and email communication. Happy ending though - they are staying with Whitemill B&B on the Avenue Road where there is...

Good, clean b&b close to the centre of Dundalk with secure parking at the rear, being smokers we were offer a room that opened on to a balcony leading to a fire escape, very convenient, but it did mean that door could not be left open at night and there was no window, could have been a problem given it...

Had booked 1 week in advance on Hotels app. Got a call from Limar at 6.20 PM to say they had double booked and my room had been given to someone else. Said they had arranged alternative accommodation at local guest house but this alternative guest house called me at 7.30 to say they had no rooms left. Dundalk was...

Stayed here one night, arrived late but no problem. Had a fridge and microwave in my room and a proper ceiling fan which is much nicer than air con. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and staff were very friendly. Only 5 minute walk to railway station and 2 minutes to Tesco Extra! Highly recommended if passing through.
