Hotel needs a good clean, floors all stickey smell out of the bar we wouldn't even have a drink there it was so bad. The towels and the bedding were the only clean thing about this place. Clonmel itself was a nice place. But don't stay here.

Stayed here on Saturday night gone. Arrived late. So the hotel car park was full. Other than that the welcome and treatment was fantastic. If you enjoy the craic and night life do not pass this hotel. Thanks Hearns hotel for an enjoyable experience.

Where to start? We made a reservation for two twins, arrived to find one was a double, and the other was already taken. The receptionist cleared out the bags, but we were still woken by the original occupant at 5am banging on the door. He insisted on being let in to retrieve some money he had hidden under the bed....

When we arrived they only had us booked in for the one night instead of seven but this was quickly rectified. Given our keys there was no help to carry our suitcases up to our rooms and no lift. Luckily only...

Stupidly we didn't check reviews before booking but this place is known for it's nightclub. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been swept or washed for a while. the light fitting on the ceiling in the bedroom had...

Went here for a stag weekend and to be fair it was perfect. Very friendly staff, near all the pubs, part of the nightclub (free in both nights), residents bar, massive breakfast served to a good hour, what more could you ask for on a stag. Ask for John if booking he will look after you.
