Hotel needs a good clean, floors all stickey smell out of the bar we wouldn't even have a drink there it was so bad. The towels and the bedding were the only clean thing about this place. Clonmel itself was a nice place. But don't stay here.

Stayed here on Saturday night gone. Arrived late. So the hotel car park was full. Other than that the welcome and treatment was fantastic. If you enjoy the craic and night life do not pass this hotel. Thanks Hearns hotel for an enjoyable experience.

This is hotel is located centrally in Clonmel which was ideal for us. We where having a family reunion so being so central was important for us. The hotel is a little bit on the old side but the room was spotless and the staff very friendly & helpful. It is a 3 star hotel and it has it's own... More

Where to start? We made a reservation for two twins, arrived to find one was a double, and the other was already taken. The receptionist cleared out the bags, but we were still woken by the original occupant at 5am banging on the door. He insisted on being let in to retrieve some money he had hidden under the bed.... We had booked in to this hotel because it was convenient for the town and had free parking on-site. When we arrived they only had us booked in for the one night instead of seven but this was quickly rectified. Given our keys there was no help to carry our suitcases up to our rooms and no lift. Luckily only... More

myself and my partner stayed for 1 night. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful when checking us in. Stupidly we didn't check reviews before booking but this place is known for it's nightclub. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been swept or washed for a while. the light fitting on the ceiling in the bedroom had... More

Went here for a stag weekend and to be fair it was perfect. Very friendly staff, near all the pubs, part of the nightclub (free in both nights), residents bar, massive breakfast served to a good hour, what more could you ask for on a stag. Ask for John if booking he will look after you.

Myself and my husband stayed here for one night. The hotel in it's day,I'd say was lovely. The staff are lovely that's why I feel bad giving a bad review, and the breakfast was really nice and plenty of it. They need to seriously employ more cleaning staff. That didn't bother us too much. The night club music was unreal!!!!! For... More

Not in a million years would I stay in this dirty disgusting dump ever again. This place is the worst place I ever stayed in my life. Avoid at all costs. The place needs a full revamp it's freezing unclean very run down and I think in massive need from a visit from the environmental heath.
