We stopped off on our way to the West coast. Very glad that we did. The lodge has uninterrupted views of Hore Abbey and great sight of the Rock. We hadn't booked, as it was out of season, but would certainly book next time as pitch space is limited and no doubt very popular. The owner was extremely informative and...

i usually avoid B & B's because I want to avoid conversations on vacation. I am so happy I booked to stay here in Cashel! My daughter and I had an incredible experience and we could walk everywhere in town from the location. Even better, we had an incredible view of the Abbey. Water pressure was the best of any...

This was a terrific two night stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful while at the same time respecting our privacy. Breakfast was simple and perfect. The room was spotless and the beds were perfect. I would highly recommend O'Briens Cashel Lodge to anyone visiting Cashel. Location allowed easy walking to both Hore Abbey and the Rock of Cashel....

We stayed for two nights on our way to the west coast, my wife and I in the Motorhome and our best friends stayed in the lodge, location is brilliant, the campsite overlooks Hore Abbey with views of the Rock. The O'Briens are the perfect hosts, it was that good we booked for our return journey, the site was well...

This was our favorite B&B of our trip. We had a view of Rock of Cashel from our bedroom window! Another stunning view of Hore Abbey out the front door. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated and we loved the skylight. Breakfast was continental and had a great selection, which was perfect for us. Brid was very kind and...

We camped here for two nights and found the place to be spotlessly clean but basic. On arrival, (although pleasant) Brid simply pointed to the gate we were to drive through and that was it. No mention was made of the facilities etc., but we were told they didn't take cards (a notice in their B&B says they do but...

We had the good fortune to stay here and absolutely loved it. It has amazing views of The Rock of Cashel as well as Hore Abbey. They are also in easy walking distance. The accommodation is in a renovated barn which was really interesting. Tom and Brid were very welcoming and I enjoyed Tom's sense of humour and Brid's delicious...

Good hospitality! Continental breakast is nice but you need to get down early, some guests eat heartily don't they, Tom does top it up though... you have use of the kitchen at any time to make tea or cook something... I found the windows too low for doing my makeup, as it was dark but it is a barn! Conveniently...

The property is perfectly situated opposite the ruins of Hoare Abbey and under Cashel Rock. The room was small but met our overnight needs very well. The welcome was warm. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious. We strongly recommend this as a place to stay.

We were a family of 10 on the way back from Co. Kerry to Dublin, and booked this gem of a B&B as Cashel is the perfect distance between both locations. It is located in the middle of the castle on the hill and the church ruins, both within walking distance. Great walks around the area, very close to the...
