I called and booked a room at the hotel last Tuedays, likely spoke with Anthony...was confirmed over the phone but he never took my card to hold the room which I thought was a bit strange, but given that Cahir is a little town I thought nothing more of it. Called today, Friday, to confirm to find out that there...

We recently booked this hotel for a trip over for Dog Shows. We were arriving late on the Friday night but that wasn't an issue and as per our booking request we had a downstairs room. The hotel is very dog friendly and nothing was too much bother for our hosts. There are plenty of green areas around to toilet...

40 of us had a great weekend at the lovely, homely Kilcoran Lodge. Don't be expecting this to be a five-star hotel. But it has five-star heart with lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. The meals were substantial and tasty and well presented. The surroundings are old style comfort. The setting in the local countryside at the southern...

We stayed in Kilcoran lodge for 2 nights over the weekend and it exceeded our expectations, lovely quaint hotel with very helpful staff. The steak baguette from the bar menu was outstanding. There is a lovely relaxed vibe in the bar, it is very cosy with an open fire and Tommy the bar man is very entertaining. We also partook...

We stayed for a 2 night break. The first night the heating came on at 7pm and was off by 10pm while the temperature outside was -3 degrees. The hotel was freezing cold and there were no fires lighting in the bar or the lobby. The leisure centre was adequate but the steam room and jacuzzi weren't working. We eat...
