We used the pool the facility was great the water was a little cold and the water slide could have been a bit quicker but I loved the splash at the end That night we ate at the bar it could...

A mixed experience this time having stayed at this hotel before. The Lakeside Hotel and Leisure Centre is a cosy, comfy hotel in a beautiful location. Without exception, every member of staff was friendly and obliging. We had an evening meal included in our stay and ate in the bar area rather than in the restaurant. The meal was generally...

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and did our wedding guests...

When we arrived at hotel it was buzzing with atmosphere as there was a wedding on. I felt a little underdressed as we were visiting for a swimming completion & we're very casually dressed from travelling over 3.45 hours. The girl on reception immediately made us feel welcome. The room we stayed in was very spacious, tv a great size,...

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel as it got booked out quickly for my Uncle and now new Aunts wedding before we got our RSVP back in time. I have to say the service, staff, and food was amazing for the large crowd who attended. Could not fault a thing. The staff tried to get us Taxi at 4am...

We stayed here last Friday night and had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a fabulous view of the lake and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
