I stayed here with 3 members of my family including 2 elderly people. We had a fantastic weekend; felt that the majestic had a homely feel and enjoyed the use of the foyer and the tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Reception staff were very helpful and patient, food in restaurant and bar excellent and we appreciated the...

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, even gave me details of nearby parks and walks for my daughter. Food was delicious, nice big portions. Good knowledge of coeliac and marked on menu. Toilets were clean and fresh. Comfortable setting. Would be going back again next time I'm here.

Had lunch in the bar in the Majestic. Food was excellent but also to note the large spacious bar, bright and airy, lots of seating space - we have two children and are always conscious that they not ruin someone else's meal by making noise - I found we could relax in the bar because you are never too close...

We've just returned from spending 2 nights at the Majestic. We found it to be a very family friendly hotel and we will definitely be back. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter and the staff were lovely to her. The food is lovely, we had breakfast both mornings and a dinner in the restaurant on the 1st night...

Very average hotel. Very dated. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. No air conditioning and could barely open the window so the room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. People in a room a couple of doors down and spent hours talking and slamming doors at 4am so had a very poor nights sleep. All in all at €140 per night...

My wife and I found the staff extremely accommodating and friendly. We booked for 5 nights and ended up staying an extra night. We had our 3 year old daughter with us and the staff did everything they could to make us feel at home. All of the restaurant staff and Alice at the front desk were fantastic. Ideal location...

The hotel exterior, foyer and restaurant are nice but the room we stayed in was basic with wooden floor and dated decor. We had a room to the front of the hotel with view of the lake. We did catch a glimpse of the lakeview suite which seemed to have more modern decor. The rooms need some investment - ours...
