Lovely B&B with spotless, spacious rooms, great outdoor patio and scrumptious breakfast. What really makes it special though is Dolores, who just can't do enough for you. A wee whirlwind of Irish energy and charm she ensured we had absolutely everything we needed ( often before we even knew we needed it..) Offers of lifts to the village/ supermarket /... More

Very comfortable bed, especially when I came in to find a hot water bottle in the bed each night. Quiet traffic-free locaton so no noise during the night. Friendly owner and enormous and varied breakfast.

My friends and I only stayed the one night but wished we'd had time to stay longer. Everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for our formiddable host Delores. The sun was out when we arrived and within 10 minutes of dropping our bags in immaculate rooms, we were in the garden sipping white wine spritzers and lounging... More

My girlfriend and I arrived here late on a summer afternoon to find people enjoying drinks in the sun outside Durty Nelly's pub at the foot of Bunratty Castle. A few mins drive past the castle, the B&B is modern and clean looking from the outside with ample parking in the driveway. Dolores gave us a very warm welcome, showing... More

I booked to go to the Bunratty Castle banquet for my 40th birthday and I booked this B&B on the strength of previous Trip Advisor reviews. There were 7 of us travelling from England (family, friends and my fella) and I really hoped that the B&B would live up to the reviews so that my party wouldn't be disappointed. Right... More

The house is located very close to the Bunratty castle. Delores is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very varied with many extra things we were not offered in other b&bs. She also made some recommendations of places to go which turned out to be excellent as well. I highly recommend this b&b if you're staying... More

I'd been travelling for 15 + hours, in flight for 8 of them, to start my 2 week whirlwind trip of Ireland. When I arrived, Dolores had hot water bottles to warm my bed so I could rest for an hour before facing my day of adjusting to jet lag. I passed the massage chairs on my way back to... More

Our hosts were extremely cordial and made us feel right at home. The rooms were emmaculate, bright , airy and tasfefully decorated. Breakfast was a traditional Irish breakfast, including the blood sausage (which I did take a tiny taste of so I could say I tried it). We were 3 couples traveling together so the common rooms were very comfortable... More

Arrived at Shannon at 6:30 AM after an overnight flight , and drove to this B&B for breakfast at about 8 AM. Food was great, as was the staff. They were very accommodating, and their good cheer, along with the food helped me get my bearings back. Returned for my last night in Ireland after 20 days of touring the... More
