My friends and I returned to Ballybunion and the Teach de Broc hotel again this year. Besides being a wonderful hotel, we realized it is a perfect base camp for golfing excursions in southwest Ireland with easy access to the other fine golf courses and touring destinations in the area. A good base camp allows quick access (driving less than...

Ate dinner at Teach de Broc twice after a round of golf at Tralee and Ballybunion. The restaurant is great. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and always up for a quick chat. The food was great and cooked to perfection. I had the Hereford sirloin both of the times because I just loved it. The atmosphere in their...

This family-run hotel is probably the best "Value For Money" that I have enjoyed. Aoife and Seamus are assisted by their son Dermot, and they keep this one at the top of the list for accommodation and meals in the SW of Eire. Previous reviewers have noted that it is " a gem ..." and " not a Four Seasons...

This would have to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Accommodation first class, staff very friendly and the meals great. Location right next door to Ballybunion Golf course. Be sure to book when you visit Kerry you will not be disappointed

Teach du Broc combines the best of a charming country inn with the welcoming embrace of a family vacation home. Aoife and Seamus are the quintessential inn keepers, offering great hospitality and a remarkable cuisine. Every meal offers multiple menu options for a variety of tastes. The guest rooms are large and clean. And, oh yeah, there is a world-class...

Absolutely the best hotel in Ballybunion, literally next to the driving range for the golf club. The accommodation and ambience is first rate. The owners of the hotel, Aoife and her husband, Seamus, are very warm and make you feel at home. If you are going to play golf in Ballybunion this is absolutely the only place to stay. The...

This place is not the Four Seasons but it's a wonderful place to stay! The hospitality is off the charts, the rooms are super clean and comfortable and it was a perfect place for our golf trip. I would gladly return here for any type of trip.

We stayed at this very nice B&B while on a golf trip to Ireland. The location is next to the Ballybunion Golf Course and directly across the road from the practice range. The owners were wonderfully friendly, the room was spacious , breakfasts were outstanding and dinner was very good. The only drawback is that the only thing around is...

We arrived without reservations, and Aife showed us a beautiful king room, the last she had and just perfect. The house is beautiful without being overly fussy, and incredibly well kept. The shower was absolutely sybaritic. The welcome was warm, the recommendations for food, walks and the next stop on our trip helpful beyond measure. The best place we've stayed...
