From the greeting you receive when you check in, to the rooms, to the breakfast, everything about this place is what you expect in an Irish B&B. You have to experience this before you leave Ireland. Having spent four nights in four different B&Bs and hotels, no place felt more "Irish" than the 19th Lodge. VERY conveniently located steps from...

Mary and James have established the premier lodge for both golfers and tourists in County Kerry. We traveled Ireland on a golf vacation and had the pleasure of staying at the 19th Lodge for two nights. Rooms were comfortable and were treated to excellent customer service by the owners. A side note - best little shower ever! May seem like...

19th Lodge B&B is spectacular! Our group where late arrivals and early departures. Mary and James bent over backwards to assist us. The B&B is like a grand old parlor with extra comfy rooms. Best night of sleep I got in all of Ireland and the best hot shower too. The 19th Lodge is a place where everyone is "Treated...

Four golfers on a first trip to Ireland and Scotland. This was our favorite lodging place of the entire trip. This is the best Lodge I have ever stayed in. James and Mary are the friendliest hosts ever. I felt like I was a guest in their home rather than a paying customer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The...

Perfect in every way. Mary and James are gracious hosts who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were a group of 11 golfers with a late arrival and even earlier tee time the next morning (first tee time at Ballybunion Old Course). James and Mary were up early to prepare a fantastic Irish breakfast and...

This lodge was fantastic and far exceeded expectations. Great service, huge rooms, immaculately clean. I play golf all over the world, and wish that all of the acommodation matched The 19th Lodge. I really would not stay anywhere else, when visiting the area.

Three buddies and I just returned from a great golfing trip to Irleand. We spent 2 nights at The 19th Lodge, which was excellent, very close to Ballybunion Golf Courses and you can actually see the course from several of the rooms. Both Mary and James are fantastic hosts, with lots of great stories and helpful recommendations for local restaurants....
