Excellent hospitality

Stayed for 11 nights, excellent location, superb breakfast and the hospitality second to none. Emmet House is centrally located in Birr and everything is within walking distance. Birr itself is ideally located as a based in which to explore Ireland.

so good as usual

Beautiful B & B

Very Nice B&B

Birr was a last minute addition to my travel plans and so glad I added it to my list. The town is charming as is the Emmet House. The Emmet House is an ideal location for exploring the town. Maureen and Shirley were great hostesses...More

A super place to stay with Great staff and right in the centre of Birr .My room was great just like the wonderful breakfast I was served there .I would highly recommend it as a top B+B ..A very beautiful and beautifully decorated building .

Emmet House sits on the Town Square with parking adjacent to the B&B. I was there on a weekend and had no problem with parking.
