This hotel is in an old building right in the middle of town. We had a room on the top floor, which was spacious and comfortable. There are really two hotels put together and you go up a maze of staircases that link it all together. Very quaint, but don't plan on bringing heavy bags there. Everyone was friendly and... More

Didn't really have a high expectation but was very pleasantly surprised by this little gem from another time. Room was small but still enough space for luggage. We had a bedside table and a dressing table with tea/coffee making facilities. Free wifi and an en suite with bath. Dining room was cosy with a roaring fire and staff are pleasant... More

Stayed overnight and found the staff to be extremely friendly, hotel room was clean but needs updating, we slept well and had a lovely breakfast. Wifi is a bit hit and miss. Overall we had a great stay but the hotel is a little tired. However, I would recommend it as the service, food and location were great.

An older hotel and typical small rooms and no AC. Would suggest getting a room at the back of the hotel as the road noise at the front is fairly loud. Breakfast included and while nothing special it was good and endless coffee and friendly staff. Certainly extremely convenient location if you want to hike the Cliffs of Moher. Bar... More

I had a room on the front. It was very nice but when the wind picked up in the night it roared through the street. A room in the back would probably be better. This hotel is in a great location as there are multiple pubs on the street.

Only stopped here for a meal , but found quantity and quality very good. 3 of us shared one slice of perhaps the best banoffee pie we've ever had. Three adults - visiting restaurant for one night only.

This friendly hotel has altogether an old-timey and comfortable feel. We spent time in the bar/restaurant and could tell that everyone was enjoying themselves. We were made to feel very welcome, and the staff went out of their way to help us with our luggage, cabs, whatever we needed.

Stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and absolutely loved it and had to come back for a pint & the chicken curry! The convenience of the location is wonderful and the pub & restaurant are great. The staff is very friendly and you must try their chicken curry!

Visited here recently with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. It was a miserable evening outside but we received a warm welcome from all the staff who attended us. I had fresh cod for my main course and it was just delicious. All my group including the 4 year old were equally impressed with the fare served and the service provided.... More
