The friendly owner welcomes each customer with a cup of tea and biscuits. The breakfast is good. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The B&B is at walking distance to the center and the restaurants.

A warm welcome from the hosts, comfortable room, good breakfast and convenient location to visit an interesting town. I stayed for work and was so impressed that I came back with my partner for a break.

From the moment Mary and Sean Lomasney welcome you, be prepared to be impressed. The rooms are fabulous and are decorated by someone (I suspect Mary) with exquisite taste. Breakfast is personally cooked and served which is a delight when used to the usual buffet style luke warm offering and Abbeyville is only a stones throw away from a choice...

This is by far the best accommodation in Fermoy. It's like a luxury hotel and better. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, great location, great value, tasty breakfast, lots of space, great hospitality. There are no faults with it!

We stayed two nights. Cute little town of Fermoy with pubs, restaurants, shopping, a short 5 minute walk across the bridge. Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. Fabulous breakfasts with friendly and informative hosts. We highly recommend staying here.

It was so good we stayed for two nights. Great hosts, really good breakfasts and a lovely town. A most enjoyable...

Recently, I had a family bereavement in Fermoy, County Cork and booked into Abbeyville House where I was met and greeted by the charming and welcoming Landlady Mary. The ambience, decor and atmosphere were immediately relaxing and disarmingly restful. Over breakfast we had bright conversation with travellers from the UK/England, some of the company have been coming time and time...

I stayed here for one night as I was on business nearby. Everything about Abbeyville is perfection from the friendly welcome by Mary to the beautifully furnished spotlessly clean room and the freshly cooked Abbeyville breakfast. I ordered porridge and it's been a long time since I have eaten such a lovely breakfast - it was so tasty topped with...
