révolution’s victory.
The proprietary invite us to partage dinner with her family and her friends for celebrate this wonderful day.
Rooms are news and very clean with good equipment and perfect bathroom.
Kitchen is avalaible but the proprietary can make a very good cook for you.
She is discreet and effective.
Perfect breakfast.
Here is a very good guesthouse.
Be careful, there’s no sign outside of house. Don’t forget the address.

Only stayed for one night, but I arrived late in the evening and she prepared me a lovely dinner and I could do some washing. Breakfast was also superb, and she helped me find the way to the Marshrutka station.

They had just finished a new building with 5 rooms in the garden. So all was new and clean.
The single beds were extremely narrow. No chairs in the room. The bathroom tiny and the shower flooded the whole bathroom. Since there are almost no restaurants around, you need to eat at the guest house. The dinner was simply disappointing and quite expensive compared to all the other B&Bs that we have been: One tasteless soup with two small pieces of greasy meat (and two fruit pits!) and as a second white rice with some raisins. Of course, there were some tomatoes und some bread, too. We were the only guests having dinner, so we had the impression, that they took no effort to cook for us.

We stayed one night, the hostess was waiting at the gate to make sure we did not loose our way.
Rooms are clean, with shared bathroom. Simple Breakfast, which consisted of bread preserved fruit, cheese and boiled eggs.

I stayed only 1 night, local people gave me the advice to get to this place. I loved it! The owner Hasmik is very lovely, as well as the house and garden. Approx. 5 minutes walking from the mainroad to Yerevan.

We arrived at this cosy B&B in Yeghegnadzor. Our hostess prepared us a lovely Armenian dish, called Ylazan, made of (mongst others) tomatoes, eggplant, and greens. Delicious! We dined in the garden pavilion under the lush grape leaves. We slept well and had a nice breakfast: boiled eggs, oriental coffee, varieties of cheese, and tomatoes. The B&B is not signposted; just stop at number 28 and knock at the dark brown garage door. I'm pretty sure you will be invited with great hospitality!
