A good place to spend a night while traveling. Hospitable hosts who will do everything to make your stay not only comfortable and safe, but also interesting and tasty.
A hearty dinner and a hearty and varied breakfast from the hostess will not leave you indifferent. A conversation with the owner will help you learn a lot about the region and answer all your questions.
The rooms are modest, no frills, but comfortable and cozy.

I stayed only one night at this lovely family place.
As a solo traveler I felt like home, they treated me like a real family guest. Karine has a beautiful garden full of fruit trees and flowers. My room was small and cosy. Kids there are so lovely and they speak English. Vartan and Henry were so helpful to me.
I had a great homemade cookie with coffee in the morning that made my day
I definitely recommend this place :)

A trip to Sisian, Armenia would not be complete without staying at Karine's B and B. It is run by a woman who is passionate about her hometown and country and who went above and beyond to make sure that my stay here was comfortable. She made an excellent breakfast every morning and was able to arrange transportation to and from different locations through private taxi (around 15,000 to 35,000 dram depending on where you are going). She really added a personal touch to my stay in Sisian!

BEWARE!! The owner is a thief - he stole my money! I stayed there in November 2023 but it was not as advertised, with no private bathroom, and it was extremely cold due to no having no heating or air conditioning (Luckily I had a sleeping bag in my car). The bed was a child's size bed, and was extremely uncomfortable. The room hadn't even been cleaned, with the previous occupant's rubbish on the floor. The floor was also very sticky. The whole room smelled of smoke, as did the bed sheets. When I mentioned how cold it was, the owner then claimed that I didn't stay there, in order to obtain my 'no-show' payment as well - meaning that I paid twice for this horror show. AVOID AVOID AVOID is my recommendation!

+Very hospitable host. He treated us with homemade grape spirit and free dinner. We were interested in tasting aveluk (horse sorrel is traditional armenian dish) and they gave it to us for breakfast.
-A bit too soft beds
