Great hotel to stay at while visiting Cleveland. We stayed here during spring break. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and a handful of restaurants you can walk to. Some of the perks- happy hour and a great continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one night before and after going to see Pat Benatar in concert at the MGM Casino as this property was fairly close. We were delighted with three drink vouchers and the complimentary buffet. The front desk staff was on top of things and the bartender was very pleasant. It was odd that the alcohol was served through a soda fountain but it was free, they did not have name brand whiskey or rum. If you do stay here, ask for a room on the EVEN sides as you get a nicer view of the woods instead of the highway. The room was clean and fresh. Liked the big closet as it was a little room in itself. Self-timed lights in the bathroom, fast toilet and just a shower. Our room had a microwave and fridge which was good and clean. Comfortable beds, nice big TV. There is a BIG HOT tub and a nice sized heated indoor pool, however, you have to ask the front desk to unlock the door for you because your key card does not work on that door. It would have been nice to have a robe from the hotel so you don't have to be in the lobby in your swimsuit. Breakfast was standard with eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits. No bacon. No plain bagels. Juice is good and not watered down. The hostess has to make the waffles for you and some children really made a mess of the waffle makers but they have plenty of seating in the dining area. The bowls for cereal are very small. I would stay here again if visiting Cleveland.

First time staying at a Drury hotel, and it was really nice. The room was very similar to other mid range hotels, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and pretty quiet considering it was near the elevator. The amenities are what set it apart. Standard breakfast buffet was included, but the room also included a complimentary evening buffet and 3 drinks. The food was basic buffet style, but tasty, and having a martini at night, on the house, was quite a pleasant surprise. The place was jam packed on the weekend, but cleared out mid week. The pool and hot tub were too crowded on the weekend for us to enjoy, but once the crowds left, really enjoyable. The staff were all incredibly pleasant. Plenty of free parking, and the hotel is close to several shopping plazas and restaurants. It was a wonderful stay, fully recommend.

We were here for multiple weeks during the pandemic and home for the weekends. They kept our room out of service while we were home and it was clean and fresh when we returned. We can't say enough about how attentive and friendly Seth and the staff were to making our stays great despite the constraints of the pandemic. So, breakfast and dinner were ordered and quickly brought out so you could eat in your room or in the expansive eating area. The back patio was available to relax and although closed during our stay, the pool and gym looked great. The location is an easy drive to downtown Cleveland and there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a Whole Foods in walking distance if you want a change of pace.

I and my family stayed at the Drury Inn And Suites for four days. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and definitely deserves 5 stars. The reasons are:
1. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are led by a fantastic hotel manager, Heather, who is unceasingly helpful and cheerful. For example, Heather greeted me by name when she saw me in the days after I checked in. She regularly inquired (and genuinely wanted to know) how my stay was, and if anything was even slightly amiss she offered (without my asking) to fix it immediately. I assume she hires the staff, since they follow her example and clearly wanted my stay to be a great one.
2. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. Even the pull out sofa bed that my son used was very comfortable. We all slept well. Themini-fridgeand microwave worked well.
3. The free hot breakfast is excellent! It includes scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bagels, granola, oatmeal, cold cereal, 2 types of meat, potatoes, fresh fruit, etc.
4. Coffee 24 hours each day, and the coffee is good.
5. The pool was heated to 84 degrees, and clean, which was great for my wife who does physical therapy in the water each day. There was also a hot tub.
6. Although I never got back in time for it, they also serve at dinnertime 3 free drinks with snack food, which sounded very nice.
There were lots of couples as well as families with kids who were enjoying the hotel.
I strongly recommend the Drury Inn And Suites.

Beautiful, new hotel located right behind Cooper’s Hawk restaurant (highly recommend!)and winery across from the Orange Village mall. Lovely decor, friendly staff. Was kindly given an upgrade to a suite for our anniversary which was very nice. However I had purposely booked a room with a shower only and the upgraded room has a bathtub which was a slight disappointment. The only real complaint we had it that the air conditioner will only go as low as 66 and even in October it was too warm to sleep comfortably on the upper floors. Especially since the controls do not allow for the fan to run independently of the air. But for a one night stay, it wasn’t too bad. We loved the location and would definitely like to try the hotel again provided they unlock their thermostats to allow guests to cool to their comfort level.

Stayed for a week in a suite. Hotel was new very clean they serve a hot breakfast with biscuits eggs sausage oatmeal you can eat in the roomy serving area or take it to go. I drink a lot of coffee and most Hotels it’s mediocre at best. This coffee was excellent and fresh anytime of the day. Across the street from Whole Foods and great outdoor shopping with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Brajai at the front desk was especially helpful during our stay. Highly recommend.

This is a rather new Drury, about one year old as I was told. It is in a new and upscale area, with shopping and eating options nearby. We were happy to see that the Drury has not used Covid as an excuse to get rid of its excellent hot breakfast and light supper buffets. Complimentary happy hour drinks are still available. Our room was fine, but you need to know that the room refrigerator is extremely small and lacks a freezer compartment. If you travel with an ice chest and blue ice, forget about refreezing your blue ice. On the other hand, there was an icemaker on our floor and it always worked well. Room cleaning service was a bit spotty. We asked for towel service, and got it on some days but not others. If they miss you, you can get towels at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were excellent. There was plenty of parking. Temperature control in our room was first rate. The TV was large and worked well. Coffee and soft drinks were available around the clock, but on one day we needed to get the desk clerk to turn the machine on. That was not a problem. We will certainly be staying here again.

This is an outstanding hotel with friendly and accommodating employees, and wonderful amenities. It is only about 2 years old, so everything is modern and up to date including numerous USB ports throughout the bedroom. The rooms are clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and small coffee maker in the room as well. They serve a full hot and cold breakfast every morning, and a delightful evening hospitality event with a nice selection of hot food and drinks, with a bar for over 21 with mixed cocktails, beer and wine, all included for no cost with your hotel stay. There is also free coffee and soda selections and popcorn in the lobby 24 hrs. a day too. We were very surprised to find this hidden gem. They surpass by far all the better known hotel brands. We will look for a Drury Inn as our first option in the future, and hope they expand to more cities.

Recently, my mom, sister, niece and myself stayed here for a few days to celebrate my mother's retirement and we hated thst our stay came to an end so fast! Our stay was excellent!! When we first arrived, we were greeted by Heather T and Jeremiah, the front desk staff. Both were very warm and very welcoming! The other staff members we had were: Unique, Brajai, Erica and Lynne. All were extremely nice, very helpful and answered all the questions we asked! I cannot speak enough about the front desk staff!!
We stayed in Room 317, and too, this hotel does allow Service dogs and we brought our service puppy with us and too, the front desk does give out doggie treats! Our room was queen double beds and our room was very clean, sanitized and comfortable. The view is very pretty. We were facing the highway, stores and two restaurants in front of the hotel. The odd number rooms faces highway and the even number rooms faces the back of the hotel. If you are a fan of Twilight or the Fear Street trilogies, the back of the hotel resembles this and also, there is plenty of room to walk your pet(s). Also, there are visual/hard of hearing rooms available!! I do know that room 317 is one if the rooms.
There is a pool and a jacuzzi. The pool is room temperature, but the jacuzzi is VERY warm and comfortable. The front desk staff must open the door to allow ONLY hotel guests to enter. Fitness room and Laundry room are available. You do have to pay to wash and dry your clothes.
Breakfast and appetizers are served and the food is very good and you do get full pretty fast. Coffee is 24/7. Pop is available until 9pm.
One of the food service worker, Terri, was very helpful telling us places to go!! She is really sweet! Across the street from the hotel is the Whole Foods store and Pinecrest. This place has a number of stores, J Crew, Shake Shack, Duck Donuts, Urban Outfitters, Warby Parker, just to name a few. There is also a Bowling alley and a cinema. Also, past Pinecrest, around the block, are numerous other stores/places, like Trader Joe's, Tiffany & Co. etc.
Overall, this is the best hotel we have stayed at so far and its also safe along with numerous places to shop. Check in was easy and Drury Suites should be grateful to have workers like this. I dont know when, but we will be back and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!
