I got a few bites whilst there and when I came home they kept appearing all over me, I was convinced we had bed bugs in the house but could find nothing. So I would say yes they are riddled with them ugh!!

As mentioned it might be a better idea to switch your lunch for dinner that evening instead....then go to the little restaurant to the right of the hotel. There is a pedestrian crossing right near their front door.
