I`ve spent one week at the resort with my family, including 3 kids of different age, spamming from 14 years old to 1 year old. As this was low season very few guests were at the hotel and we thought to get bored. It turned out we spent a great relaxing week but it might not be for you. The...

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We had a pool villa room which was beautiful with amazing views. The resort is over 30 yrs old which shows in places. The breakfast was always good but we paid for half board and I think it would have been better to just pay as you eat. Be...

We spend 2 days here with friends, the staff try their best but the property seems to be not well maintained. our rooms were right at the end of the pathway, no view of anything. The food is so so and not worth the prices. It was a little shocking that a buffet with average food and no wine is...

The resort itself is beautiful and well designed, truly someone's dream. It just lacks upkeep and good service. Service The minute we arrived after a grueling trip from Malapascua, the receptionist asked for a deposit of over 20,000 pesos. We barely had time to sit down before she told us this was a requirement. Thankfully, we had the cash on...

We booked a junior suite with two-way car service and full board. It was very expensive, and I thought it would be worth it - expecting the same quality as Mactan Shangri-la, as well as Crimson Resort. I was totally wrong! Here's a list of shortcomings: - Resort is old and has not been well maintained. No efforts are evident...

The location is beautiful, provides privacy, not crowded despite high season. Activities are limited, food very disappointing, service at bar and restaurant incredibly slow and not organized. The overall status of maintenance is poor. Spa average. The biggest negative point was the disco music (very trash) playing all day from 8 am from a facility next to the resort that...

The hotel is in an island so you must take their boat transportation to get in and out of the resort. The food was excellent and staff are wonderful. However the pools are not well maintained at least during our stay. The rooms are huge and nicely decorated but it doesn't provide adequate lighting. Overall it's a beautiful resort but...

Nice setting getting there was an adventure in itself, rooms were ok with pool overlooking the bay. Food was bad by local standards even and thats saying something. Not many places like this in the south but not really much to write home about. SSort the food out a bit and we might would have a much better review to...
