The room is average, it is wide but the floor is crack and over all is not clean enough. The view is fine. I found a fly in my breakfast and told the waiter. He told chef and they all act like nothing happen. No apologize, not even come and look at my plate! I asked to talk to manager,...

My friend suggested this place for a quiet and relaxing weekend. The facility situated by a stream. There were several corners that we can relax. The room was clean. Bathroom was quite spacious. The fitness facility was rather small and so was the pool. However, breakfast and dinner was not quite impressed.

We went there for one night. We drove there and both on Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon, the trip took over 3 hours due to traffic congestion, an accident on both occasions and road works, s,factor that in! The hotel has a lovely location on a stream. It is peaceful and quite. The room are spacious with a overly firm...

A great property. Rooms are spacious, nicely-decorated with themes and fully equipped with amenities. Pool is a bit small so don't expect to really 'swim' in it. Check-in procedures are very well established and staff is very nice and helpful. We were seated in the lounge and within minutes the check-in was completed and luggage was delivered to our room....

The hotel itself and particularly the location is very nice, and as idyllic as the pictures suggest. But it's let down by the very poor service. Most of the staff (and there are many of them!) seem clueless as to how to treat a guest, with the exception of the man that coordinates the restaurant service. Not even close to...

I have to admit that I thought this place was the same as other kinds of Thai villages initially. --i was completely wrong! I was stunned by the crafted landscape and find myself indulging the atmosphere & handicraft'd been connected to the essence of Thai culture. Totally recommended for those who seeking the place where you can get relax both...

I fell in love with this place. The grounds were lovely...situated on a small creek, with a few nooks and crannies to discover. We had the Thai-style suite up above check-in/breakfast room and I loved it! The wood, the antiques, even the shape of the rooms and every small detail did not go without notice. The windows with their Thai-style...

Nice place. Very pleasant service- nice staff very helpful. Not close to Khao Yai NP. Rooms clean and comfortable. Reasonable value for money. Food in restaurant very average. Would recommend for a restful day or two but not if you plan to go to khao yai.

I was booked into this hotel along with other family members by my nephew. It is set in a fairly isolated situation on the outskirts of Muak Lek, which is OK if you have your own transport (we didn't). It is beautifully laid out, the grounds are just stunning and has all the spa amenities one would expect. Rooms are...
