Teresa was a "livewire" host with an awesome sense of humour. Perhaps the best location in all of Doolin - a 1-2 minute walk and you are in the bar at Gus O'Connor's pub, plus there is ample car parking onsite. Room was more than big enough and breakfast was a veritable feast.

Excellent all around. Friendly, welcome from Teresa who provided us with helpful information, maps and advice - what to see - including knowledgeable tips on tonight's best live music! A good base from which to visit the nearby scenic and historic places of interest. A few minutes walk from Gus O'Connor's pub, which had nightly acoustic music; a few minutes...

If only I had the view to the Cliffs of Moher... Loved my stay at Lane Lodge. Charming confortable rooms, walking distance from the Pier, Cliffs of Moher hike and local pubs. Great homemade breakfast! Teresa is a lovely fun hostess, ready to aid in any matter. Suggested outings, restaurants, and routes. Born and raised in Doolin, she is a...

Great location, block from O'Connell's pub with great food and music. Teresa's place very clean, great breakfast and you can walk to the pier. We could hear the waves. Cliffs of Moher 10-15 min drive or you can walk.

We went for a cycle-holiday of 3 weeks in the west of Ireland, and because we carry our own luggage, we’ve asked the hostess of Lane Lodge (Teresa Shannon) by e-mail if it was possible to do our laundry at her B & B. Her answer was: “Yes of course you can do laundry.” When we arrived there (soaking wet...

Thank you for your positive comments Ives. When you arrived I made tea and hot chocolate for your children. Your 2 very large loads of laundry were done but you overlooked that I washed them, brought them to the Laundromat for drying and folded (36 underwear) and all the rest which is equal to 9 days of clothing for your...

I visited this place with my family and found the rooms to be clean and of an average size, the breakfast was just OK! The host was helpful providing information on places to see, one thing I didn't like was the fact that the sheets were taken off the beds while we were down having breakfast!!

We had a great experience during our recent stay. The location was perfect for our hike to the Cliffs of Moher. Everything In Doolin was within walking distance. Our host offered great suggestions for food, music and the Pat Sweeney guided hike of the Cliffs. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean. Skylights in each of the bedrooms provided additional...
