The hotel is on a business park and it felt like being in an airport hotel and lacked any soul. The bar is situated in the main atrium alongside people checking in and all hotel traffic. The executive lounge was flooded with children for breakfast...More

Good customer service

My family and I tend to dine in the restaurant as there is a much wider range of food on offer. We often request food that is not available from the server and not having to go through a third party makes this foolproof.
The other advantage is the food is visible and this helps the selection process.

Hi. Yes there is plenty of onsite parking which is open to guests and people visiting neighbouring businesses. I think if you are a guest it's £5 per day and added to your bill, if you are visiting the area and use the car park, it's then £8 a day. So you do get a bit of a discount for being a guest.
Hope that helps.
