Stayed one night. Nothing good to write. No towels, plumbing didn’t work, air con was weak, lamp didn’t work and in room phone not connected. If you like camping in a building this is for you! Stay away...

The staff is very accommodating and they give excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and good but they need to improve the cooking and food choices for the breakfast. The breakfast experience was not that pleasant.

I lived in the Philippines for a few years and have stayed in about 10 hotels there, so I have a good idea of what hotel options are available. The Days Hotel was really disappointing. The location is great. You're close to the food and action of the city, as well as the port. I also wasn't expecting a five-star hotel by any means, just somewhere clean to sleep. The first thing we saw when we walked in our first-story room was water pooled on the floor outside the bathroom. The room itself was dirty, old, and filled with bugs. The bathroom didn't ever dry while we were there, it just stayed wet. We were also nervous about our window, that didn't really seem to lock. There is a security guard at the entrance, but we didn't feel very safe as we slept. One nice thing is that the front desk let us check out a bit later so we could wait in line for ferry tickets. We did have to pay, but they were accommodating.

I think the room was quite expensive. There were no included coffee or tea for the price I paid. I thought it's gonna be included because some hotels make sure you have coffee or tea in your room regardless of the room price. Plus, the room wasn't completely clean. You can see the dust on the table, bedside table, and television. Nevertheless, I appreciated the breakfast. I'd still recommend this hotel though. You just need to request a really clean room.
