We went here a couple of weeks ago, never been before and had heard mixed reviews so was a little unsure, have to say the food was delicious! My partner can be very fussy but everything was spot on - just how we requested it! The service was also excellent - our waiter was called Ashley, very pleasant and polite...

Have stayed here several times and going again next week. Only 18 bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV with freeview, free WiFi, hairdryer and complimentary hot drinks. Very convenient for visiting Exeter and that part of the South Coast.

Popped into the St. George and Dragon for a quick lunch today. We chose the steak and mushroom pie and the duck, the food was excellent, really tasty and reasonably priced. We were served by a friendly young waiter, who was both attentive and courteous. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The room was clean and comfortable although slightly cold in the morning. We were in a room overlooking the main road so there was some noise but nothing too bad. There was a continental breakfast included in the price of £76 for the four of us,...

If you stay here avoid ground floor disabled access room. Depressing room. Bathroom smelt like drains so much so I just didn't want to use it. Carpet wet outside bathroom. I thought it may be from the wet room but using shower in the morning water does not spill out! I arrived about 7:30pm so not sure what was split...

Took a group of friends to stay for a few days and there is much to commend this lodge. Great location, plenty of parking, friendly staff and clean and satisfactory rooms equiped to normal standards. The one big issue was understaffing! Delicious breakfast but took time, paying bills, getting sauces etc etc it became very evident that they only had...

Drove past this Inn on the way to Exmouth, where we intended to have Sunday lunch. Nothing interested us in Exmouth so drove back and arrived at 2.30. First impression was favourable as the Inn dates back hundreds of years and had lots of character. Service was quite prompt and friendly. At £11.50, the beef dinner was significantly dearer than...
