Thanks Nik and team for all your hospitality. We spent one night at the Holiday Inn Express, we brought our well behaved 5 month old pitbull puppy with us and the staff were nothing short of EXCELLENT and accommodating. We had to leave before the hot breakfast was served so Nik packed us 2 little to go bags of snacks. What an incredible experience for such a short visit. Thank you all so much I will definitely be back again!

We have stayed at this hotel a couple times, and I would rate it as one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is recently renovated and has a clean/modern feel. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is just the right weight and the pillows are great (not overstuffed, not flat, just right). The pool is nice to have, the hot tub is good (a little small) and there is a dry sauna. The best value here is the breakfast, it is outstanding for an included hotel breakfast! An array of hot items daily (eggs, sausages, beans, bacon, pancakes, french toast, fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot cinnamon buns!) Juices, coffees, teas, muffins, toast, bagels etc. You can feast if you want! The hot items rotate so each day is a little different. For our family of five (all adults), this saved us at least a couple hundred dollars (if we would have had breakfast out for 2 mornings). Very comfortable breakfast room also, floor to ceiling windows looking out at green space, fireplace and TV's. The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars is the heating/AC units in the rooms are finicky. They rotated between too hot and too cold, with the digital control. After the second day, I finally got it figured out (it was good if I set it at 22C). A little frustrating, but in the big picture, a minor detail. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again!…

Near perfect stay. Clean large room with great lighting and desk area. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Only concern was room was not super sound proof but okay. Will definitely stay here again. Great location with lots of food options.

A well maintained hotel with welcoming and helpful front desk. Happy with the breakfast and our one night stay. A great location too as just off highway and there is a nearby Shoppers along with restaurants. We Door Dashed Nandos. One star off only because windows were thin so highway noise loud. Fan did help.

This hotel is conveniently located to many amenities in the Langley BC area. We had a room with a king bed on the top floor that spacious, quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with 2 different pillow selections. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Six of us stayed here on our way to the ferry inTsawwassen. Hotel prices in Tsawwassen had gone up dramatically in the past year so this was convenient enough for us to stay here and then head for the ferry the next morning. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The included breakfast was very comprehensive. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Langley and had the most amazing service. From the attention to detail from the cleaning staff, the quick set up of the staff setting up the breakfast to the friendly, thoughtful front desk staff. In particular, a young woman, Noor was thoughtful enough to offer a breakfast bag as I was checking out early in the morning so I could catch my flight.

On our way back from Kelowna we stayed in this hotel for one night. I got up 5 AM and went down to have a cup of tea. However it was not available. To my surprise one girl by name Noor from the front desk asked me whether she can prepare tea for me. She brought hot tea from her office. This is an example of customer delight I think, which we read only in management books. I could see implementation here . Thanks to HOTEL Management for recruiting such staff.
