I'm actually writing this for friends that just stayed there for 3 nights. They said the place was clean, however, they could not get the cold air turned off and they felt chilly all the time. Also, there was no hairdryer. There was a Continental breakfast every morning which they said was good.

Wonderful hospitality, a really nice room, and great job on other services. We stayed here 5 nights and checking out today, and practically used all their services. Everything was top notch, but the people/ staff were the best. I'd especially like to thank Joshua (Front Desk) and Navjot (Housekeeping) for doing a stellar job and going over and above to make sure they deliver great service, with a smile and humility.

The room was clean, nice staff and comfortable bed. They did upgrade us however it wasn’t much of an upgrade. My husband and I are IHG members and we have stayed in better IHG rooms with an upgrade.

THEY MESSED UP OUR RESERVATION WHEN WE CHECKED IN: Stayed 4 nights for a basketball tournament, or rather, we RESERVED for 4 nights and had to argue with the super rude lady that messed up our reservation in order to stay all 4 nights. They also tried to increase the rate by more than $50 per night in order to reinstate what they had messed up. Seems like they were trying to scam us into paying more per night. After the second night of our stay my husband ran into the housekeeper in the hallway around 9:00am , she made normal pleasantries and said "oh, you're checking out today". My husband was super confused and was like "no, we are here for 2 more nights". What followed a few minutes later was a call from the front desk telling my husband that the computer says we are checking out. My husband told them that was wrong and the lady said she would look into it. Called back a few minutes later at which point I was awake and answered the phone. The lady was incredibly rude. I asked her multiple times to tell me who had changed our reservation because it was not us. She refused to provide that information and had a huge attitude problem. She said she would fix it but that the rate would be $50+ dollars more per night for the additional nights. She was very condescending and said she would need to run the card again for more $ because only 2 nights were run on our card, her tone was very strange as thought she was accusing us of not being able to pay the extra nights that we had booked? Very weird. I again pushed her to tell me who had changed the reservation and that it would not be acceptable to change the rate as we were not the ones who had altered the dates of our stay. I have email confirmations that confirm our stay was booked for 4 nights and zero documentation showing otherwise. After several minutes of arguing with her and receiving nothing but attitude from her she agreed to fix the dates to the original rate. I suspect she was the one who messed up the reservation as she was also the person at the desk who checked us in when we arrived. When I pushed her to identify who altered the reservation she got defensive and had loads of attitude rather than apologizing and fixing her mistake. Either that, or this is some sort of scam they were trying to run to get more $ for the room. Between the rudeness and attitude it kind of seemed like they were trying to bully us into a higher rate. On top of this, the front desk then proceeded to ring our room and hang up 3 times over the course of the next hour. Not sure why, but they woke my daughter who was trying to get a little extra sleep. As a result of their screw up, our room was never serviced by housekeeping, we had to get fresh towels and toilet paper etc from the front desk. No one ever apologized for screwing up the reservation or ringing our room multiple times while people were sleeping. CLEANLINESS IS QUESTIONABLE: On top of all of this, the room was not super clean. Towels were really gross. One had something hard stuck to it glue? boogers? I don't know. Another had lipstick and makeup all over it. The one I thought was clean after doing a visual inspection had about 10 thick long black hairs fall off of it while I was drying myself with it. The days that our room was serviced by housekeeping, the supposedly clean fresh towels almost always had thick black hair attached or hanging from them. The sheets and bedding also did not smell very clean, smelled like sweat/body odor.

We decided to stay at this hotel as it looked nice and had good reviews. Check in was quick and smooth. The hotel room itself was only ok. The room was clean for the most part (could have been vacuumed better) and beds are comfy which I appreciated. However the bathroom is super tiny and cramped. Not what I was expecting after seeing the photos and Definitely not convenient when travelling with kids. If you plan on using the pool during your stay, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO. My kids were so excited to go to the pool and when we walked in, not only were they using it for swimming lessons for non-hotel guests (which was super strange), the pool was F*CKING GROSS. Even my 6 year olds could tell that it looked and smelled nasty. They were so disappointed and I was disgusted. Even one of the swimming lesson instructors commented to the other one that the water smelt “fishy”. I can’t believe they were having lessons done in this pool!! I wouldn’t even dare stick my toe in. CLEAN YOUR POOL! (See photos)

We had a very good room with plenty of room and comfortable bed. There is an automatic light in the bathroom which seemed to go on and off as it pleased! We had a daily cleaning service. We were on the ground floor and it was a bit noisy at times. Reception staff were mixed, either very friendly or very cold towards you. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Ample parking (with homeless person living in his car in the car park but he didn’t bother anyone). Tesla charging station in part of the car park which got quite busy. Good proximity to restaurants and shops and near main road. Short drive to Scott Road sky train station which was useful.

This is a fine 3.5* hotel, with great service, solid complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, small but good fitness room, and attentive housekeeping. Parking is easy. There's lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby. For price paid, I would come back here again. You're 40 minutes to the heart of Vancouver but the cost differential is huge.

Travelled here with family for one night and won’t be back . The room was dirty and bed sagged and pillows were in need of replacing. But worst part was we have kids and they wanted to swim . Well for some reason this hotel has private swimming lessons and outside guests coming in so good luck using the pool. You pay a lot of money to stay here to use the facilities they should be for hotel guests only !

I do travel alot because of my Job and I try to book my hotels at Holiday INN express. The location of langley, BC has my heart for some of the best service from the kitchen staff, they would try to make you feel as home by cooking whatever they can for your comfort and food preferences. Since I am vegetarian, I have limited options but they make sure I get one of the best foods with good quality and quantity.
