Stay Elsewhere! Room 102 ceiling patch job on the ceiling from clear water leak. Huge visible patch job. Bathroom shower full of black mood. Base around the tub hasn’t been properly washed in at least a year. Wanting to change rooms. Front Desk clerk lied said no rooms available. We went on Booking.Com and they had several rooms available. Handicapped Parking Stalls “Are not really handicapped spots anymore “ moved to the other side. So someone who needs those designated parking spaces(painted on the stall) anyone can park in them. No regard for needs of their guests. Was told “It’s our Property and We Can do what we want”. Wyndham you lost another customer today. No care in this property!

Horrible. Pathetic. The tap in the bathtub wouldn't work and we couldn't take a shower. The folks at the front desk couldn't do anything whatsoever. The A/C is horrible. It makes sound equivalent to an airplane but barely cools the room. Update: The management acknowledged the issue with shower but according to them there's no issue with the A/C though no one in my family could sleep that night. They are also upset that I posted this review. Stay away...

Compare the advertised "Studio Suite" with the picture below! The room I was assigned was obviously a converted storage room, next door to the noisy public laundry room. It had no luggage rack, no sofa, no desk and no CHAIR! (The one in my picture below was borrowed from Reception.)

Travel Lodge-by Wyndham Langley-Aug 04 & 05, 2023 21653 Fraser Highway, Langley, BC Check in: Fri, Aug 04, 2023 Check out: Sunday Aug 6, 2023 @ 09:30. Reservation code: 84393EE007864 Member Number: 200589170E We were attending a wedding in Langley and the hotel was nearby. The reservation was made Jun 6, 2023. We were quoted $618, 70 CAD with the expectation that this will be a decent upscale hotel seeing that they charge more than $300 per night. What a nasty surprise. I would have been reluctant to pay more than $150 CAD or not even that, per night. What a total rip off. I was expected a hotel at least like the Travel Lodge by Wyndham Kamloops Mountview. This place in Langley is old, the walkways were filthy. The bathroom window can be opened from the outside, no locking mechanism whatsoever-safety concern. The bathroom is small and fitted with a small micro commode, typically what they use for children. There was no extraction fan in the bathroom, unbelievable, not even sure it meets code? The yard outside was dirty and full of debris, bottles and papers. The grab and go breakfast is an only there in name, management are too cheap to spend $10 on a breakfast. Tim Hortons and Starbucks were close by and saved the day. There was an on-line offer of: 434.70 CAD all taxes included but the manager did not want to honor that and were forced to pay the $618, 70 CAD as per the Jun 6, 2023, reservation. Other hotels in the area where some of the other wedding guests stayed, offered way better value for money. This was a lesson learnt. Do better research and surely avoid Travel Lodge by Wyndham for sure.

Worst stay Ever! Horrible room for a lousy price. Was just passing through, needed a 1 night stay. $219 plus got us a dated, stained, smelly & questionably clean room. This is a Wyndham affiliate, wow so much for standards... The bed sounds like crumpled pop cans, it's tilted backwards & you get 2 thin pillows. Tub stopper doesn't work, burn stain on tub, everything is super dated , grout is super dirty. Definately will not recommend or stay here again. Looks like a hourly rental place than a motel.
