We stayed a single night for a family event nearby. While the convenient location was the main reason we chose this hotel, we were quite happy with our overall experience and value for money. I received excellent service by phone, both at time of booking and when I had to change our reservation due to weather issues, as well as during check in and check out. The hotel was not particularly busy that night and we found the whole property to be very quiet. Our room was not super spacious but was sufficient for our needs and we appreciated the option to have two single beds for the kids. The included breakfast was decent with several hot and cold options. We would certainly consider staying here again.

An overnight stay off of Highway 1 heading west. A good location out of the busy-ness of YVR. Quick off the highway and close to gas and some dining options. Recommend the Holy Falafel Shwarma place. Great pillows and a variety of them. Bagged breakfast was good variety and filling, appreciated the hard boiled eggs for protein, which were done well - not rubbery. Good coffee. Pool closed but the price reflected that. Good value. Good water pressure.

The rooms are a little outdated, but the hotel is very clean. The included breakfast is delicious! The staff are very pleasant, friendly, and are happy to see you. I stayed here for the first 4 weeks of my course and have been recommending this hotel to lots of others that travel.

We rented 2 rooms for my sisters to enjoy some family time together. We were all sadly disappointed at the condition of this hotel and the price we were charged. We were unable to change hotels once we realized how terrible this one was as it was the weekend of Taylor Swift.
My largest concern however was the mold that was on surfaces around the hotel, especially around the windows. This is a health concern for me and my family as well as any other people staying in this hotel.
Both rooms had a foul odour and were dirty. One room still had clothing from a prior guest under the bed. The sheets and duvet covers were stained. The phone in room 313 did not work. Chairs in the room were not affixed to the legs. We tried to use the amenities but the pool and gym were also filthy.
All 3 bathrooms in the common areas had pools of water and urine around the toilets. The washroom with less liquid on the floors had such a terrible odour we couldn’t use it. The water on the floor around the pool and in the bathrooms was a safety concern.
The breakfast was completely inadequate and was not replenished when items ran low. Twice our party witnessed one of the waffle irons fall off the counter almost injuring people.
Service was really lacking, staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When we asked for a couple of extra towels and pillows we were met with sighs and questioned. We were not using housekeeping in one of the rooms and felt we needed the towels to cover the days we were staying. Additional pillows were requested as the ones on the bed were lumpy-as were the additional ones. When asked about replenishing the breakfast items it was again met with dread.
We were forced to stay in your hotel with deplorable conditions. How is it possible that your chain can rent these rooms to people. These issues have been brought to your attention in other reviews yet you fail to do anything about it.

We apologize for the length of time that it has taken to respond to this review, but because of the nature of the complaint we are required to do an extensive investigation into the matter. After interviewing front desk staff, checking internal logs, reviewing video surveillance and room inspections there is no sign of bed bugs which makes us believe this review may have been posted to the wrong hotel . We ask that you contact us at comfortinnlangley@gmail.com for further information.

We stayed for a single night at the beginning of March and enjoyed our stay here! Front desk staff (ahmit, I believe) was really friendly and helpful...our room was clean and spacious and close to the back entrance which we used for bringing our stuff in...pool area looked like a blast but was not something we had time for that night! Location is really nice and close to the highway so we were able to zip onto the highway easily for our trip to the ferry in the morning! Should be mentioned that we were also traveling with two dogs and we were catered to very well with them!! The overall experience was good for what we needed!! Thanks guys!!

The front staff were friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the take away breakfast was well thought out. The location is good for commuting, and our vehicle was secure in the parking lot. We look forward to using the pool next time.

We booked the hotel because we are doing a major bathroom reno at our home and we needed a working bathroom and shower. The hotel itself is fine, a little more worn out looking than other comfort inns but nothing bad. The problem is the room had no hot water at all. At check-out the staff told us there should have been no problem as they have new water heater. No discount or anything to help rectify the situation was offered.

No pool Despite was upfront in the advertising. Was the only reason I book this hotel. False advertising. Paper bag breakfast With half a muffin an egg. Very disappointing. How can this be allowed. Would’ve went to another hotel But room was nonrefundable.

We stayed here during the Abbotsford Airshow. It was supposed to be a Suite but was so cramped one of 3 of us slept on the floor. The provided breakfast was very basic. A muffin and juice. There was no access to the pool or hottub either. A very dispappointing stay. Even more so, when it cost $500 for 2 nights stay.
