Had a one night stay here, very clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We paid for an hour in the hot tub, well worth it! Got a bottle of bubbles included as it was my partners birthday. Very quiet and only a short drive into York. Will 100% return.

Stayed in The Paddock Room, very comfortable, a twin room c/w wet-room. Easy parking available. Proprietor and staff were very welcoming, friendly, hospitable and helpful. The location is great for York and/or the University, both about 10 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend a stay at this B&B and would rebook when next in York.

Booked the hot tub for the evening and the owner even provided a little bottle of fizz + snacks too, as a courtesy and was really appreciated (the little...

I stayed over for one night with my partner, service was great, warm and friendly . We stayed in the cottage room which was nice well decorated with a clean white theme running through it. The only downside was the constant heat in the room due to the boiler being in our room which we couldnt turn off . That...

Every aspect was well done/good quality. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was very nice. We went on a cold weekend and the room was lovely and warm. On a nice day you could enjoy sitting out on the terrace overlooking the lovely garden with ponies and rabbits. It's a good option if you're visiting York as the park...

Stayed here during a weekend break to York, most certainly lived up to expectations after briefly trying another hotel in the area. We were greeted by the most accommodating host who regrettably I have forgotten the name of. She was able to call us a taxi and took us to our room with pleasant conversation and a welcoming vibe. We...
