We had a very nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Excellent staff and well cared for property. Easy access to Canadian Border only 5 miles from the Sandcastle at Birch Bay. Also discovered some fun historical towns close by including the Haunted Fairhaven, WA. Even picked up a book with the history of...

This is our go to hotel when visiting Washington.. With that being said the only complaint is the jets in the bath tub... they were moldy and just nasty, as soon as my wife turned on the jets brown stuff started to shoot out, just nasty.. Hopefully they will take care of this problem.

Choosing a place to stay at Birch Bay isn't easy, as there are no 4 or 5 star hotel options. In fact, no hotels (as such) at all. Several cute beach places and cottages, and time shares seem to be about all there is. Of those, Sandcastle is rated most highly, so I booked it. This trip was about looking...

We spent the last week here at school Sandcastle at Birch Bay in b BLAINE WA. nice place just across the street from the bay. We had a 1 bedroom unit. All the 1 brs are in the back so it faced a huge open space with some ponds and way off is Mt Hood. The unit was very nice...

My wife and I had a great time on our 11 year anniversary. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. We went in the fall and found out that the pool is outdoor but heated year round.

Stayed in a 1 bdrm condo. The 1 bdrm units do not face the ocean. However the view out the back isn't bad. The units are well maintained and include light daily housekeeping. There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, which was delightful in October. There is outdoor and indoor seating on the rooftop which provides an awesome...

I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. This place is clean and has a sense of being home. The front desk is always kind and helpful. The towels are clean and the beds are soft. Can't ask for much more than that. The suites facing the bay are amazing! They have plenty of room for large...

Good stay literally across the street from the ocean .... nice clean suite.. a little noisy on the parking lot side due to the large ac units i think that's what it was. I couldn't ask for more.. we will be back next year.

This was our first trip to Birch Bay for a weekend getaway. We are Raintree Vacation owners and that's why we chose this place. Parking out front is 2 hour only unless you stay there which was nice. They give you a parking pass when you check in. We were a little early at checking in but our rooms were...
