The location was great! Easy to get anywhere. It is a very family friendly environment. It was a little loud but that's only because there where so many families there. My toddler had a blast in the pool and made friends to play with. The place was very clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing based on prior reviews however we were well fed. Internet wasn't the greatest but worked.

Friendly staff, clean and super comfy beds! This is our go to hotel when we need to stay overnight in Calgary. We have stayed at other hotels but they just don't stack up to our experience with this one.

Just stayed over one night. It was very convenient to the mall and Costco. Had everything we needed. We were overall satisfied with our stay. We skipped breakfast but it looked great. I would recommend this hotel and we will be back.

I have stayed at this location multiple times a year for the past 6-7 years. The location is convenient and the hotel itself is clean. I did experience something on my last visit that was of concern. The check-in agent wanted to charge me significantly more than the agreed rate of my reservation. A guest in front of me experienced the same issue. This experience greatly reduced my trust. Ensure you have an email with the agreed rate at the time of reservation, This experience seemed scammy.

Check in was fine. Room was nice, but the bathroom floor and tub were not clean. The water from the bathroom tap tasted horrible it was like it had a moldy taste to it.Breakfast was the best part of the hotel stay and that it was close to cross iron mills mall. During check out I did tell them of my concerns but they didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went for a little vacation during spring break. Booked this hotel for 4 reasons, price (Good), Location ( Excellent) and hot tub ( Broken ) and pool ( dirty), and breakfast (excellent) We stayed for 2 nights, The room was nice, it was clean The breakfast was great and the girl who was working on Tuesday morning ( March 28 ) was amazing, she was so sweet. No hot tub, the pump was broken and they had to wait for parts, the pool was dirty. I was not happy at all. The other 3 things that made me give a poor rating is the lack of soundproofing in this hotel. It was so loud, you could hear everything and we were at the end of the hall. Internet sucked, it cut out constantly, I had to use my data the whole time I was there. The biggest issue I had, was when I brought these issues to the front desk, they did not seem to care at all, especially the woman working the front desk on March 28 th at approximately 9:30 am.

I arrived to a dirty bathroom. I asked them to clean but was still dirty when I returned. They offered to change rooms but that room had dirty sheets. Thankfully they had two beds in the room and I was checking out the next day.

Breakfast ladies and front staff are excellent. Cleaning staff is a joke. Don’t leave anything in room you when they come in. Also if you have sign at check in saying rooms cleaned every 3 days. DO IT. Went over a week without cleaning at one point

We have stayed at this property many, many times since it opened. Regardless of what type of room we have stayed in, they have ALWAYS been very clean, with comfy beds and pillows (a must for me!). The pool room and the water are pleasantly warm which is a RARE find indeed. The hot tub could be a bit hotter but it’s passable. Over the years, we’ve frequently experienced the only elevator to be needing service. Inconvenient when the only ice machine is on the bottom floor. For this last stay though, it was working great. What sets this hotel apart though and what keeps us coming back, is the EXCEPTIONAL staff. They are friendly, engaging and dedicated to providing top notch hospitality. From beautiful breakfast, pristine cleanliness, whisper quiet nights and going above and beyond to make even the smallest of guests feel loved. (Years ago, staff decorated the room for our son’s birthday and let us celebrate in the lobby- so kind). They are truly beyond compare.

We had trouble getting our room cleaned or made over during our 5-night stay. The policy of having to request cleaning the night before was not well communicated, nor particularly a great experience for a guest.
