Been there with my family yesterday, August 20, 2016. The resort needs A LOT, i mean A LOT of improvements! The place is not what i have expected it to be as i have seen on TV. The Kiddie Pool slide cannot is not advisable to use for the slide has a peeling cement. Even the pool itself has a...

Family and I chose Hidden Sanctuary for a day swimming with my nephews. It was summer last year. It's a little bit pricey, though acceptable for peak season. The wave pool is so-so - not the worst but definitely not good. They have a Clash of Clans group that walks within the resort (I don't know if they have specific...

Me, my husband and my son were here last February 2016.. They said the only room left was a room at the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and that we can check in at 3pm because they apparently need to clean it so I asked them what time is our checkout time since the real check in time is...

Due to the hectic celebration we had when we stayed here, we left behind a cooler containing various tequila, vodka, Kahlua, and mixers. We called up the resort the next day and arranged to pick up the cooler. Lo and behold- All the liquor was gone..apparently stolen by the shift employees where it was left in their care. 3k worth...

I saw this place while watching a morning show. I'll list down what's good and not for an elaborated review: Good: - the hotel room I booked for my group was the Executive Room on the third floor. It houses 4 pax but can accommodate up to 8 for an additional Php 350 per head. Each room comes with breakfast...

We live near the HSHR,my relatives told me it's not that good, and my neighboring friends says, "sayang","pangit". Pools are OK, price of rooms need to cut. Until they made improvement and rumors are now good, that's the time I will try it.

Located at the end of NOWHERE. Far away from the civilisation. If you are a Filipino family with lots of kids, then go there, your kids will love it! But if you prefer quality holidays with friends or family and wanna have a few relaxing days, then FORGET IT! Here you are wrong! The rooms are totally over priced (5,000...

We got an Executive Suite Room and it was dirty: the bathroom walls had stains, sheets had black things, and even the toilet seat had hair and blood by the time we got there! (To be fair, we did check in at 2am, so maybe they didn't have time to get ready?) Anyway, pools are ok, (and we had fun...

Before going to this place I have been searching reviews for resort's here in Bulacan, most of them are of 2/5 ratings which were really disappointing. Despite of its poor reviews we decided to stay here because of it's accessibility to our new place here in Bulacan. We were honestly disappointed by the reviews here! Having said that we are...

We've booked for a deluxe room on September 24, 2014 which we celebrated our anniversary in their resort. Their staffs were accommodating, they've guided as well on how to go to their hotel. Just what I have read on the reviews, I might also encountered a minimal disappointment during our stay. Just what on their tarpaulin says, I thought there's...
