I stayed at Palm Springs for 3 nights for a work trip. We arrived with 50 young volunteers in tow, and a smaller group of staff for a training workshop. Chalets vary in size and proximity to the reception / dining room area, and rooms are comfortable (beds particularly) and private and - depending on how near you were to... More

We camped out of season. As pensioners we were given a discount which is always welcome. Ablutions have been updated and are spotlessly clean. A plus. Our two gripes are: 1. The dirt road which is horrific. It also gives no indication of the distance to the resort. 2. The maintenance of the electrical point in the camp site. Too... More

There was an additional Family/ disabled bathroom. Grounds are well maintained and a more beautiful and peaceful setting could not... More

What makes a resort good, is capable and dedicated staff, and in the case of Palm Springs I give them 5 stars!!! There where some issues with the renovated bathrooms of our camping block, but they attended to the problems fast and to the best of there ability. We enjoyed Christmas morning with the Santa on his tractor and is... More

First impressions were not good!!! The road into the resort was a very bad dirt road (not advertised)!!! The agency with whom we had booked had advertised room facilities as satellite TV, TV and wi-fi. None of these were available in the individual rooms. Our room had just been finished as it smelt of fresh paint. The headboard in the... More

Self catering chalet, with all the amenities you could need, (microwave, freezer, gas stove & oven) but a bit dated. The whole resort could do with a bit of TLC. Unfortunately parking not close to your chalet, making it very tireing walking up and down the hill with baggage!!! Defenitely not for people with mobility problems A short walk along... More
