Marcel is lovely. In fact all the staff went the extra mile. It is an Idyllic place. Highly recommended for decor food and drink. The area around is really nice to visit and the Eagle Tavern is perfect for visiting

stayed one night for a business meeting next day, easy to find in a sleepy village, very comfortable, clean and warm, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was cooked fresh, served quickly and was excellent, I will definitely stay again

Visited for a birthday meal, Very relaxed atmosphere with attentive but not intrusive staff, menu was short but covered all tastes. Food is all locally sourced and cooked to perfection. The ideal location for that special but informal occasion
