I stayed in this hotel two months, for business reasons, and I had a great time. I always had the same room, comfortable, quiet, always clean. The staff was very courteous and the stay pleasant. Although not equipped with a restaurant, except for breakfast service, I found absolutely exceptional the large common area where you can buy microwave meals, drinks, sweets, snacks, etc. with the formula "Honesty Bar", that is, you take what you want and mark what you took on a sheet of paper with the room number, on which then the things taken will be charged. Unusual for Italy (with great confidence towards customers) but very convenient. For those who find themselves passing through here a comfortable support, not overly expensive and with a very "American" atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The Stay Hotel is undoubtedly one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. Modern, welcoming and colourful. With eye-catching design details. It has a well-equipped common area for those who want to work, play or simply have a chat. There are two types of rooms, standard on the ground floor and design on the first floor. We slept in the latter. The double bed is very large and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice, with a spacious shower. Rich buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has private parking both outside and underground, with a convenient lift to reach the reception and the rooms. TOP structure, highly recommended for those who have to stay near Varese.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Basic rooms, carpeted floors and perfectly heated. Excellent soundproofing from the street, a little less so from the corridor. Bathroom dated but essentially clean with plenty of linen available and courtesy line. Abundant breakfast at the right price, GF corner, health corner with seeds, nuts, oats, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon... the quality of the pastries obviously from a business hotel and therefore mediocre. I particularly appreciated the parking and the excellent common areas where you can entertain yourself while using an entire self-service bar. TOP 24 hour reception We'll be back.

The staff is always very professional and always available, even when arriving at night. Very comfortable, quiet and well equipped rooms. Very good breakfast offer. Value for money optimal. Convenient location of the hotel, especially for travelers from northern Europe, as Brunello is very close to the Swiss borders. Milan is easily accessible by car as well as by train in less than an hour. The Varese region offers many cultural, gastronomic opportunities.

First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests.
The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel.
We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed.
The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual.
Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries.
There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take.
I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back.
Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and the services are clearly superior to what you generally find in Italy. The bedding, the breakfast... in short, everything is perfect. The place is not very beautiful in itself but very well placed and the rooms are well insulated, you can't hear the road.

Very spacious, modern and clean room. The structure has a large private underground car park, and with the lift it is easy to reach the room floor. I didn't have breakfast, but everything else was really above my expectations. Thanks also to the staff who were very kind both upon my arrival and upon my departure.

We stayed for many times (10x) in the Stay hotel but always in the renovated rooms which are perfect. This time in the old rooms where the carpet is dirty and old, outside temperature 30, inside the air-conditioning makes a terrible noise and doesn't go under 19 degrees. Never again!
