Plenty of parking, free wifi and a cooked breakfast included in the room rate. Booked a deluxe room which had a king size bed. Room was large, but the ensuite was small and not well lit. Could do with larger towels. Nice to have bottled water in the rooms with coffee and tea facilities. Also iron and ironing board supplied... More

I have stayed here a few times on business - it is well located for the Solent Business Park (about 5 minutes away avoiding main roads). The rooms are prison-basic but clean and functional. There are irons and boards in every room, which is a must for business travellers. The real revelation is the restaurant, which offers good-value food of... More

Stayed, ate and drank here (and danced!) as part of a birthday celebration and very pleased. Staff were great - friendly - helpful and attentive - really impressed. Rooms here were nice enough and a reasonable price. Food was great - although we had a buffet for evening event - breakfast was good and pretty good value for money.

We stopped here on the way home from an obligatory late evening Ikea trip. We chose this place because they allow dogs in the bar area. The staff were all really pleasant but service was slightly disjointed. They told us to take a seat and someone would come to take our order but after about 10 minutes I went back... More

Really helpful and pleasant staff. Great decor, furniture and across the road from the marina, river and boat sales. Had a buffet with a really good selection of food & to a good quality. The restaurant/bar area menus looks good and will give that a try soon.

My husband and I stayed at The Navigator for one night. We arrived at 12.30 and we were told that we could book in early as our room was ready (normal check in time is 2pm). Our room was fine, clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed, however the bathroom was tiny with a very small shower. We had... More
