We recently spent two nights at the B and B run by Janet and Angus. We had a delightful time with them and visiting the area which is stunningly beautiful. Our room was perfect- comfortable, clean, and spacious with a private bath. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly as Janet and Angus regaled us with stories and...

Four of us stayed at this charming house right on the ocean. The atmosphere as soon as you enter the home is welcoming and comfortable. Our hosts, Janet and Angus were fabulous. Bedrooms were lovely, each having their own bathroom facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had fabulous, fresh baked biscuits and a huge breakfast. We would highly recommend...

The Hightide B&B is very well located, with a fabulous view on the sea. The house is beautiful, the room pretty impressive, ultra clean, ultra confortable. We had a room with a private bathroom, and a balcony with the view on the sea. The grounds are very well maintained, with a garden and many flowers, and birds, mostly hummingbirds when...

What a delightful time we had at High Tide Bed and Breakfast! We stayed two nights in this home that the owners built themselves on a beautiful site right on the Minas Basin. What a view! Breakfast was served in the glassed-in den, so that guests can enjoy both the scenery and the vast array of birds that visit multiple...

Finding people like Janet and Angus is the real reason I take vacations. They are genuinely interesting people that open up their home to you and treat you like family instead of just a customer. The house is small and quaint but very clean and warmly decorated. Reminds me of my grandparents home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay with Janet and Angus! They were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were amazing and the location was great! They will give you lots of ideas and information about what to see in the surrounding area and you won't want to leave! This was our first trip to Nova Scotia, but won't be our last...

If you are prairie dwellers like us and have never been anywhere to truly experience the drastic difference between low & high tides, this is certainly the place to stay and see it for yourself! We made a point of arriving at this B&B right at high tide so we could see the water at it's highest. Janet was good...

The High Tide B&B was the first stop on our Nova Scotia roundtrip. What a wonderful experience! Janet and Angus are wonderful hosts and from the beginning of the first minute you are part of the familiy. The room was very clean and the breakfast just delicious! The house is located just 53 small steps above the beach and offers...

Our family of 4 adults stayed for a night at Hightide B & B when we were touring the Maritimes. I wished, after our wonderful experience that we could have stayed longer. We got there tired after an adventurous day, kayaking the Bay of Fundy and were happy to be welcomed into their lovely home. They have 2 bedrooms with...

A warm welcome and a lovely room awaits visitors to High Tide. Janet had been so helpful when I had booked that I looked forward to our stay. We were not disappointed. Our room had a nice little porch looking over their property onto The Bay of Fundy. The room had a nice sized private bathroom and Janet put a...
