a very peaceful, full filled stay. Alex is attentive and excelent at handling bookings. the jungle walks are just fantastic, we spotted lenty of monkeys, birds, a Tapir! he food is dekicious and plentiful, the staff friendly knowledgable and great to have a laugh with. the cabins are comfortable and clean. highly recommended.

We stayed three days/two nights at Madidi Jungle Ecolodge, but we would have liked to stay longer. Everything was perfect, our guide Ronny who helped us all the time, his knowledge about the flora and fauna of the jungle astonished us, the lodge is really nice, all the staff was very friendly.

We did the 4d/3n Wabu program and had Simon for our guide. The setting, the food, the walks in the jungle, and Simon's incredible animal sounds made for an unforgettable experience. Plus, where else can you fish for and eat a giant piranha?! Highly recommend this lodge.

Madidi Jungle Ecolodge is a low-impact rainforest eco-venture created and sustained 100% by indigenous people from the heart of Bolivia's Madidi National Park. The ecolodge is accessible by a 3 hour boat ride from Rurrenabaque, and is a prime location for wildlife viewing, and serves as the base for a variety of hikes of different lengths. The Ecolodge offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 18 visitors at one time, and a menu of delicious meals based on traditional rainforest ingredients. The staff are all local, bilingual (Spanish and English) guides, with passion and expert knowledge of the surrounding rainforest.
