I fully agree with the reviewer from Italy. Lonely Planet got it wrong. The front desk service was excellent and the guy smiley, friendly, funny and helpful. Good location and good value for money. Rooms are ok and heated...yep it was very cold outside but insight comfy. We spent 28€ for a double. Excellent budget option.
