It was the best week of holidays we had in years. This is definitely the ideal place for families where children can have a very good time and parents can finally spend their time trying different sports, activities and also relax. The hotel probably needs a little bit of redecoration but overall it was good. All the children activities and...

I have been in this village for the third year. and each year little by little it is loosing its allure. Food went from very good and special to barely acceptable, shows, entertainment from good to poor and so on. The price instead did not change ! If you are searching for a very good club med village this is...

Stunning place, fabulous ski resort and the normal Club Med level of service,/food/facilities etc The only slight wrinkle was that the overall GO experience was a little flatter than normal - most members of staff were absolutely excellent, but some clearly didn't appear to be fully engaged in the process. It was still a fantastic holiday and would recommend it...

We were a group of 9 friends and were there from the 13th March. It was my second visit to Club Med Serre Che and as we loved it so much the 1st time, we booked again. When I arrived, earlier than the rest of our group, I was shown straight to my room, no queue at reception. Once we...

Been to Serre Chevalier and this Club Med before, liked it, so decided to return. Unfortunately we chose the wrong week and were surrounded by 450 kids - note for the future get the travel agent to advise on Paris school half terms. Second issue was there was on ongoing problem in Club Med with Norovirus, most people went down....

There were 2 major problems with the hotel; it is and had been subject to what seems to be Norovirus and Diarrhea all season, 6 of our group of 8 were well hit by it; both the lounge area and dining rooms along with the catering could not cope with the volume of guests. Whist it was clearly not the...

You can read all the great things about Club Med, Serre Chevalier, in other reviews and I wouldn’t seriously argue with most of them. Had it not been for the epidemic of vomiting and diarrhoea (V & D) experienced during our visit I might well have provided a 4 or maybe even a 5 rating – however, endemic illness is...
