We wanted a hotel for just one night for our weekend away, and this hotel were really accommodating. As we were going out for the afternoon and then to the theatre (back v late), we were able to pick up the key at lunchtime and were shown to the annex. The room was clean and spacious, and the heating was...

We were visiting family and The Grange Hotel was in a good central location for us , it looked good, was good value for money and was pet friendly so we booked in for 5 nights. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were great - so so friendly and welcoming. The only negative were things that were not...

Stayed here for 4weeks due to business in Bristol/Bath. Had stayed in Bath but that was a mistake and happened to find The Grange by chance. Looked at previous reviews and for the money couldn't find a better option. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Was given 4 different rooms during my 4 week stay and all were...

The staff and hotel was generally fine. Only one issue really( and i dont know whether the hotel can do anything about it ) the floorboards both in my room and the room above were so creaky that it became quite annoying. The person above i believe was just walking around the room quite normally but the floorboards were making...

The Hotel was beautifully appointed, the website did not do my room justice. The whole place was spotless and the staff were lovely. They went to great trouble to get me gluten free alternatives for breakfast which were much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious. My only gripe is in the mornings I was woken up by the staff arriving for...

We stayed at the Grange hotel for one night while visiting family. Check in was painless since it was just envelopes with our name waiting at the front desk (staff appeared to be busy in the restaurant), which was fine. They were having problems with their heating, which wasn't great timing considering how cold a winter Britain is experiencing -...

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our reception operating hours are between 9am-7pm, which after this time we leave keys out for guests checking in. The restaurant is a separate business that help out with enquiries after hours. We also have a 24 hour night porter who is contactable by phone. This process...

Stayed here over the last weekend. Rooms clean and comfortable easy access to Bath city centre by bus . Good breakfast comes with the added bonus of having an Indian restaurant within the establishment which is open till late if you can't be bothered to search around Bath to find something to eat

This is the best of the three hotels I've stayed in Keynsham. But that's not saying a lot. The bed was comfortable but room small. Bathroom OK but room was small. Furniture a bit utilitarian. Not fussed like some about there being no bar. Breakfast was OK too....otherwise handy for buses into Bath and Bristol.

Ample parking, comfortable rooms, friendly, charming staff and an excellent cooked breakfast every morning, What more do you really need? I travel a lot and whilst there is a huge choice around this area I always come back to this place, what more can I say?
