Rosemary Beach Inn for the WIN!! My girlfriends and I had a trip to Mexico planned that fell through at the last minute due to hurricane threat. Rosemary Beach Inn had rooms available and quickly accommodated our group of 7 lifelong friends celebrating our "golden" year. We could not have asked for a better pivot to our plans! The weather was amazing; Summer Kitchen breakfasts were delicious; staff throughout the restaurant and Inn were kind, approachable, and felt like they were part of our group by the end of our stay; beach chair set ups were a treat; the rooms were well equipped to handle our crew; beds and pillows were so comfortable; linen service was plentiful. We rented bikes and rode around town. We didn't even get in our cars from Thursday until we left Monday...Had everything we needed in a walking or biking distance. This was truly a positively memorable trip and we could not be happier or more thankful to Rosemary Beach Inn for saving the day!

The location can’t be beat. You are steps away from walkover G and all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street. The beds are very comfortable. Each room has a mini fridge and a keurig and a rack to hang your clothes. The rooms are relatively small compared to the bigger rentals, but you’re gonna spend most of the time out of the room anyway so that didn’t bother us. There is an ice machine and purified water station downstairs to fill up yeti cups or a small cooler, and if you need more ice the summer kitchen will fill it up for you. The complimentary breakfast at summer kitchen is amazing (1 entree+1 drink per person), and the complimentary beach chairs are an extra value also. They are first come, first serve, but since the inn only has 11 rooms you get a good view regardless. Overall we felt the value was worth it for a couples retreat. If you need a lot of room for kids or beach stuff, this probably isn’t the best option. We would stay here again!

We hosted a small retreat for combat Wounded Warrior couples at this beautiful Inn!
The rooms were first class with special touches, and the breakfast was delicious!
The lunch meal was great also!
The staff from our check-in to the cleaning people to the kitchen, went above and beyond with their kindness!
I highly recommend a stay in this ideal location as I feel it is the best in Rosemary Beach right by the beaches and the shops and restaurants!
So convenient!

This property is definitely not a luxury inn- 3 star quality with 5 star pricing.
I was injured prior to our arrival and informed by the rental company that I would not be able to receive my deposit back, unless I had insurance. The insurance company that they use, informed me that preexisting conditions are not covered! No compassion at all.
As a result we made the trip happen and very difficult while on crutches as once you park, you walk or bike every where.
We found the restaurant staff connected to the hotel very unhappy and unfriendly.
Most of the town lacks any form of ‘ southern hospitality’ although the store clerks managed to smile and be cheerful.
We felt like we were at a theme park the entire time.
The food prices were double what they should be- $9 for one scoop of ice cream for example.
We have lived in Florida and my husband grew up on the west coast. This was by far the worst beach vacation ever had and couldn’t wait
to leave.

We loved our stay at The Rosemary Inn! My boyfriend and I booked a room here for a few days and it met all of our expectations! The rooms are on the smaller side but it had a huge comfy bed and beautiful big bathroom! We had all the space we needed! I loved the blue and white color scheme of the room and bathroom! The check in process was so smooth and easy and the girls at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! The location of the Inn could not be any more perfect. Located right downtown, just steps from the Main Street and beach access! We didn’t have a car and definitely didn’t need one. We could walk everywhere we needed from the inn! It was so nice being able to go back to the room whenever we needed! The location is definitely key! The continental breakfast downstairs at the Summer Kitchen Cafe each morning was so good! I recommend the rolls ups! They let you choose any item you like, plus a drink! We ate here every morning under the shady umbrellas on the street! It was definitely a great bonus to staying here! Another feature we LOVED was the access to the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up each morning! It was so nice knowing we had a spot no matter what time we got down to the beach! Seriously worth it so we didn’t have to fight all the beach rentals or bring our own gear! Another feature we loved was the water filtered cooler that was located in the lobby area! We brought our refillable bottles with us and were able to fill up with color filtered water all week to have in the room or for the beach! We loved this because we drink a lot of water so it was a great feature to have! The mini fridge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer also came into handy! This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we are SO happy we choose to stay in the Inn! I looked at quite a few other places and this was just as perfect as I had hoped for! We will definitely be back! :)

Been meaning to review The Inn for awhile. It has become our sanctuary during these crazy times we find ourselves in. Just completed our third stay in the last year.

The Inn checks all the boxes for my wife and me. First, it’s in a great location very close to the beach and close to all the excellent restaurants Rosemary has to offer. Second, the price of the room includes an excellent breakfast at the Summer Kitchen Cafe which is on the first floor of the Inn. Third, beach chairs and beach towels are included in the price. We LOVE this! Fourth, all the Rosemary Beach amenities (pools, workout facility, tennis etc...) are included. Last but certainly not least, for all you get the Inn is a great value I consider it the best deal at Rosemary. My wife and I just laugh at all the people that stay at the Pearl for at least twice as much and then come over to the Inn’s restaurant to pay for a breakfast we get complimentary.

We will be back soon!

When I made the reservation, I asked specifically about parking and was told it was street parking (with a pass) but we'd have NO problem. Got here today and had a problem. Main St (where the inn is located) was closed along with the parking spots reserved for the inn. When we checked in, the woman behind the desk didn't even know. Of all the emails I received, the only one that mentioned 'construction' was the one I received AFTER I checked in. For the price we paid, shouldn't they know?

Stayed in unit 203. Perfect for one couple. Small room but clean place to sleep and centrally located to beach, shops, restaurants. Very nice to have dedicated beach chairs set up already designated to our unit. Free breakfast was so good! Order off the menu, it was delicious. Would recommend staying here. Didn't use the pool or fitness area.

The Rosemary inn is nice the rooms are tiny-like a cruise ship, but comfortable bed and it was quiet. RI is convenient to restaurants and shops which is great to walk around and enjoy. Close to the beach. But the beach is disappointing. Beach is very narrow and they have some drainage problems, from the dunes, which makes it icky. Beach not near as nice as other parts of the gulf. You have free chairs on the beach that is provided with RI but you’re on the 3rd row. The pool is a bit of a hike and good luck finding a spot there. We did end up liking the inn and where it was located but not sure if we would comeback or not.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our Inn. Please know that our beaches and dunes did take a hit from the storm surge due to Hurricane Sally and that the tides were very high during your stay as a result of the storms that have affected our neighbors to the west. Our beaches are usually quite wide! Mother nature will repair all in due course. Typically, we have our own segment on the beach with our own navy blue chairs. Unfortunately, storm surge washed all of our beach chairs away and the Rosemary Beach service is graciously allowing us to use theirs until our new equipment arrives. Sorry for the 3rd row, and again, that isn't typical. Were you aware that we have 4 pools? The Barbados pool is just a block and a half from the Inn. The Coquina pool is to the east of the Inn, the Cabana Pool is on the park side of 30A on the western end of town and then the Sky Pool is located next to the fitness center and has a retractable roof (for year round, all weather swimming).

Stayed here for one week in May after viewing the website and seeing they had undergone "extensive renovations". Rosemary Beach is an idyllic, quaint town of New Urbanist design. I wish I could say the same for The Pensione. From the outside it looks great, even the public spaces are stylish.

However, the interior remodel was one of the poorest I have seen. The room had new carpet, fixtures and furniture. One of the bedside lamps was falling out of its wall anchor, another had no working light bulb, and the floor lamp had a damaged lampshade. The bathroom tiling looked like it had come used from a Holiday Inn and the wood walls and ceiling have several screw holes with no screws.

On top of this, the housekeeping was atrocious. We stayed a week and the only thing they did was make the bed and change towels. We ran out of coffee for the Keurig maker in the room on the second day as well as cups (which were paper) and they were never refilled. We also ran out of tissues on the third day and toiletries by the fourth which were never refilled. The room was never dusted and there were no cups or glasses of any kind in the room. We had to place out toothbrushes in a paper cup. I called midweek to request more coffee and toiletries and got two more coffees which were never replaced after that and no toiletries even though I was told they were to be restocked in the rooms at the Inn. One day we returned to find what appeared to be a used tissue in the holder with nothing else!

This level of service and poor renovation is unacceptable at nearly any star-level, let alone what we were paying and expecting based upon the website calling this a "European style luxury Inn" and the overall classy ambiance of Rosemary Beach. The Pensione is at near extortion level pricing given its current state of affairs and should be avoided at all costs.
