Myself, my wife and two children were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast in April. We too were guests at the wedding previously mentioned. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel extremely welcome and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. If you are looking for a small slice of paradise to chill out and unwind in, or you like a walk in beautiful French countryside then this is the place for you! The building itself is exquisite with a really traditional feel. The dining area is adjacent to a gorgeous open fireplace, and every item there has a story behind it including the wonderful art. There is plenty of space to relax. The rooms themselves are immaculate, spotlessly clean (and i'm really fussy!!!!) and cater to your every need with a luxurious bathroom and powerful shower. The rooms are themed and each one is slightly different and accessorised to compliment the themes. The attention to detail is meticulous. The views from the windows are sublime leading to the title it really is a little piece of heaven. Beatrice and Harold (the owners) are an amazing couple and are keen to tell you about the local area, in fact most of the gorgeous breakfast is either home made or locally sourced. With different breads and pastries, home made jams, cakes, yoghurts, cheeses and hams. Every day there is something slightly different!. If you are used to five star service and comfort you will not be disappointed.

Like the previous reviewer, I rate this B&B as top class. The hosts are friendly and very welcoming and nothing was a problem to them. The breakfast sets you up for a day of exploring the beautiful area. Go to the restaurant by the river nearby for a coffee and a walk through the woods. Excellent value for money and I can't wait to go back.

My partner and I needed somewhere to stay for a wedding nearby and the bride-to-be hooked this B&B out of the phone book - what a find! We arrived the day before the wedding and were shown to a beautiful and huge room! The space available for all guests to relax in is also impressive - an enormous living area with plenty of books and facilities to make tea and coffee as well as a children's play area and a picture window occupying most of the end wall providing views across the valley. On the day of the wedding our hosts, Beatrice and Harald, made eggs and bacon for us and the other wedding guests who were staying, which is quite a treat in France. The rest of the spread was impressive too, with home made cakes, brioche and criossants on offer as well as meat and cheese and home made yogurt and jams! Not to mention a choice of different teas and coffees. Our every need was catered for, as proved completely when we checked out. We had an early ferry and had to leave Kernascleden at 6am; not only were Beatrice and Harald up and around to wave us off, but they'd made a huge picnic for us to take with us! We had a wonderful time at Ti Er Mad and we will definitely be returning - this time we'll take up the offer of staying there for dinner one night as well! Thoroughly recommended.
