This was a cute little place right in the middle of the town of Huasca. The clerk spoke English, as did a couple of others. Our room was large with high ceilings. It was a little cold while we were there, and there is no heater. A fire was made in our room the first night, but it went out... More

We chose La Casa Azul because of its location. It is just across the street from the town square and the church yet was not noisy at all. We had room #8 which I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. The reception area is next door to this room and if there is a lot of activity... More

I love this little hotel. The only bad thing is the pool is very small, shallow and cold. You have to tell management one day in advance to warm up pool. The breakfast was really good and the service was great. I did not try dinner it look a little pricey but next time that I go visit Huasca. I... More

If you are visiting the Huasca and want to be in a good location then Casa Azul is a good option. The rooms are really simple, but it has all what is needed to have a nice stay in the middle of town. The breakfast and service is great.

Casa Azul is a wonderful small hotel right off the zocalo. Great people watching, market, bars, stores, and music just outside the walls of the hotel, but nice and quiet inside. We stayed way in the back in Room 11 on the second floor. Nice big room with a high ceiling and fireplace. The staff are friendly and helpful -... More

Our family of four adults loved this place. Right in the center, yet surrounded by a beautiful wall, all peaceful gardens and flowers inside. Rooms decorated well, beds comfortable, bathrooms good, too--all clean and delightful. Plus the people who run the place and the amazing breakfast--huge glasses of fresh-squeezed orange juice and loads of gorgeous fruit, and eggs and what-have-you--made... More

A very nice hotel (9 rooms) in a beautiful village, two and a half hours from Mexico city. The rooms are simple, but large, comfortable, clean and with good beds …and a fireplace! (it is a bit cold at night in this area), and the fire is very welcome when the sun goes down! The garden is precious, and the... More

It's the best place in Huasca to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay. Breakfast is included for adults. There are also plenty of places to eat regional food around at walking distance. Best rooms to stay 1 (Pink Room) and 6 (Lavender Room).

Casa Azul Huasca is located in the "Magical Village" of Huasca de Ocampo, in Hidalgo. The house, located on the main plaza, by the church, used to be a private home until summer of 2009 when it was turned into a small hotel. The property has 8 rooms, a common room with a nice fireplace and couches to sit and... More
