I stayed one night on a recent business trip to Ebbw Vale. Beautiful and comfortable guest house. It has a nice large living room area where you can chill out which most guest houses don't seem to have and it made all the difference. It would also be a great place to stay for a holiday.

We stayed here for one night on the 7th April to attend a family party. What a beautiful place this is. What a friendly welcome off Lesley from the start, so very friendly. This place is a converted chapel and has been renovated to a high standard. Rooms are lovely as is the seating area on the first floor. Our...

We stayed here for one night in April 2017. This is a stunning little guest house with great owners. The owner greeted us when we arrived and we immediately felt like we were part of the family! Our room was very tastefully decorated: smart, airy, clean, and extremely comfortable. Clean crisp bedding, sheets and pillow cases. Breakfast was fantastic -...

We came here as a group of three for a mountain biking trip. We found Soar Chapel on a Google search and it came up with great reviews so we thought we'd check it out. The accommodation was good, clean and tidy and had mostly what we needed. I would recommend the Annex for sure but saying that I haven't...

Lesley is a fantastic host and runs her guest house in such a friendly and professional way. The building is iconic - everything within is finished to a very high standard. We stayed in the silver room, great power shower, comfortable good size bed with first class bed linen. The breakfast choice is vast and of a high quality. We...

On an overnight trip collecting a car I had to find accommodation for one night and came across Soar Chapel Guest House and booked it right away. On arrival we were met by Leslie with warm Welsh cakes freshly made, absolutely delicious. The room (No. 8) was well appointed and spotlessly clean with a shower that was positively awesome!!! Upstairs...

We had booked this B&B for a two night stay as we were attending a wedding locally. We were greeted on arrival by Lesley who was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She brought us Welsh cakes on arrival, catered for our dietary requirements at breakfast and even gave us an anniversary card and sprinkled rose petals on our...
