Charming, clean, nice surroundings. Sort of at the edge of a forest. I would have liked a more copious breakfast and to have someone prepare it, but I wouldn't go so far as to take off a star for that.
Very clean place, near Mt Carleton Park. Louise was very helpful and lend me snowshoes for free! Very quiet location and comfortable to stay in. Enough food in the fridge way more than what I need for breakfast.
We stayed in #2 room for 3 nights at the start of September. Very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast choices in the fridge for us. We enjoyed having our own outside space for relaxing in the evening after a day of walking at Mount Carlton Park. It was a bonus having housekeeping every day, very nice touches. We would highly recommend a stay with the lovely hosts of Du Repos.
Rm #1 perfect (as advertized) for couple with active collie. Remote location so no noise. Fridge/cupboards stocked with so much good food & clean utensils. Comfortable bed, good temperature control, very clean throughout.Television excellent. Mobile phone reception and wifi good. Parking excellent. Hosts very nice and helpful for us as tourists. I would return to this B&B over any other location in district.
Nice and cozy place, the breakfast in the fridge was a nice touch. Confortable bed, table in the kitchen could be bigger and would like an 8 inches pan but everything was all you need in a B and B. Will go back there.
Wonderful experience, old school turned into B&B...very clean...had everything we needed...full kitchen and fridge was filled with ham, eggs, bread and yogurt for breakfast. Walking distance to The Patrimoine where the wedding was...everything was perfect...very comfy king size bed!
We stayed in room 6 in the main house. We had a beautiful and spacious private room & bath with an extremely comfortable bed and pillow (a must for me). We share a kitchen with another tenant with lovely outdoor patio seating. You are amongst nature, so you can expect a quiet and calming experience. Location is super convenient if you plan on doing some hiking (Mount Carelton - beautiful hike).
Stayed at St.Quenton, New Brunswick location. Cute front, easy parking, clean and curated interior, nice communications with staff, personal local touches add warmth, stocked breakfast, comfy bed and sheets, Covid-protocols. Great overnight stay.
We wanted to visit and hike Mount Carleton but we didn't want to tent. This places came highly recommended in the hiking forums so we booked it. Booking process was really easy and the owner was quick to responding to all my questions via txt. Some suites are dog friendly which helps us fur baby lovers. Where it is located it is in a really quiet location which we found really relaxing after a long day of hiking. The room that we stayed in was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in and we have done many trips. Breakfast items were all left in the fridge there was a ton of selection. We 100% recommend this place to anyone and will be booking again if we head back to Mount Carleton.
We’re pretty sure the owners wrote the book on “how to operate a bed and breakfast”. From the initial phone call to reserve, prompt reply to email questions, room decor, amenities, food, and grounds. We may have forgot something but they didn’t. Even the little things in a heart shape box with female unexpected needs. Other reviews are accurate for food. We hiked three days at Mount Carleton Provincial Park - Mt, Carleton, Mt. Sagamook, Bald Brook, and William’s Falls trails. The bed was so comfortable at the end of each day. King Romantique #2. Will definitely return.
