We have just returned from a 3 day stay with Kate and Ellen while visiting family in the village and had the best time! The room was beautifully clean, with an abundance of fresh fluffy towels and gorgeous toiletries. Tea and coffee a-plenty in the room, with fresh milk each day and even biscuits and a decanter of sherry. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a massive full cooked breakfast made with delicious local produce, fresh fruit salad and delicious home-baked bread and pastries. We were absolute full to the brim each morning - it was incredible! We were made to feel so welcome and they just couldn’t do enough for us - we can’t wait to stay again! (And the dogs are adorable!).

We had a 2 night stay at the end of July and cannot find a negative thing to say about it. The owners are welcoming and care that your visit is perfect. That good we booked another 2 nights and will see Kate and Ellen at the end of the month. Breakfast is first class. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Stayed with Ellen and Kate overnight whilst attending a wedding. Lovely home, very welcoming, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need or want. Great hosts can't do enough for you. Incredible setting. Perfect breakfast so much choice. They also have a self contained 'caravan', & 'shed' in the grounds which were amazing!! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

this B & b is fabulous - the room we stayed in was large and extremely comfortable and the en suite had lots of toiletries supplied. We had Sky TV in our room and even a decanter of sherry!! and two chocolate bunnies as it was Easter. I have never seen such a big breakfast at a B & B and nothing was too much trouble for the owners Ellen and Kate - would definitely stay again when in the area and the price was exceptional

Absolutely fabulous accommodation and our hosts made our stay exemplary. For breakfast we were thoroughly spoilt, and since we are both Vegan that’s quite a statement. Highly recommended & we will most definitely be back, in fact we have just booked a return visit.

I can not recommend this place enough! The B&B has been renovated beautifully and the rooms decorated tastefully with antiques and lovely pieces of artwork. The room was spacious and really comfortable with crisp cotton bedding and a very modern en suite with gorgeous toiletries. The room was absolutely spotless and everything had been thought of - kettle with good selection of teas/coffees and even luxury biscuits! The breakfast was delicious - 2 types of homemade bread, homemade jam, cooked breakfast to order with locally sourced ingredients - amazing! Our hosts Kate and Ellen were so friendly - nothing was too much trouble and they couldn’t have been nicer. All in all - this is a very special place and I can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!
