Wonderful old chateau, well restored. Amazing atmosphere, the ambience of past luxury with all modern comforts. Very fine room in 15th century tower, comfortable bed, decent en suite. Good breakfast, unfortunately restaurant now closed for dinners. Easy to find, satnav took us straight there (and the village is pretty small anyway). Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful

The site is that of a castle. Our room was the size of the tower (3rd floor, no elevator) beautifully decorated with quality bedding. We found this lovely place by accident, having failed to find a hotel (from the large chains) that had a restaurant in this area. The reply to our email enquiry came back promptly – so we booked.
