If you're only looking for a place to sleep in, this place will do. But if you plan to do work that requires you to be online, this is not the place for you. They will say there is Internet in the rooms, but all you get is the router signal but no Internet access. No one seems to know...

We moved out after 1 night because there were too many bugs. The good thing about the place is the restaurant had very good food and it was reasonably priced . Another bad thing is the refrigerator in our room didnt work.

For around P900-P1000 per room, it's value for money considering it's size and the hotel's proximity to the city center. Rooms have air con AND fan, if you really want it super duper cold. Also very safe as the hotel is gated. Don't rely on WiFi though as it can only be used within lobby area.

I found the hotel basic , people were nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy, restaurant cheap but food ok . We stayed there for 7 nights I am yet again reading comment from people stating security concerns. I walked everywhere and never had an issue , everyone I met was friendly and charming.

The hotel is very basic. One cannot be picky this part of the Philippines since it's not really a tourist spot. It's actually a place where security is a concern. The hotel is located about a kilometer away from the city's main market.
